Our mountain home in beautiful BlueSky Breckenridge has every possible amenity you can wish for! The building has a big heated pool, three huge outdoor hot tubs adjacent to the pool, a fully equipped fitness center, a children's game room, a guest/owner lounge, a guest services desk with concierge services, several computer workstations, a steam room, on-call shuttle around town, and a private locker room adjacent to the slopes with boot warmers and overnight indoor storage of skis. There is even a chair lift on site! Our guests benefit from the luxurious spa to attend to your every wish, a Vail Resorts ticket office, and the convenient and accommodating professionals in the Charter Sports Ski Shop all of which are located two levels below our unit, and immediately adjacent to the skier plaza. The heated indoor parking is on our level, and the assigned space a short walk to our front door. You'll only use one elevator during your visit to access building amenities, and you'll be as convenient and close to the ski lift and ski-in access as possible.
The corner master suite is among the biggest in the two-bedroom units, and has plenty of room to relax in style and comfort. In 2013, we added a new Simmons Beautyrest Comforpedic Seabrook (all foam) King Bed. The 2nd bedroom can be arranged as two twin beds or one King bed. This makes our home especially attractive for a friends staying together, for families whose children don't wish to share a bed, or for two adult couples who'd both appreciate the comfort of 'King' accommodations. All the finishes and furnishings are top of the line including granite countertops, warm wood floors, and Knotty Alder Trimwork throughout. A new 47' HDTV was recently added to living area.

About the owner: We are the proud parents of three adult children. Our oldest son now lives in St. Louis, our daughter is a high school teacher in the north suburbs of Chicago, and our youngest son is an aerospace engineer in Portland. My husband is the principal owner of a consulting civil engineering firm in the Chicago area, and I manage a small investment office building we own, and of course our two mountain homes. We love to travel, enjoy being outdoors as much as possible, and spending time with family.

Although we stayed in beautiful resort accommodations all over the state, we always kept being drawn back to the Town of Breckenridge. It's a mountain town with historic character, outstanding dining opportunities, and a ski resort that can keep everyone in our family happy for many days at a time. Its easy proximity to the other nearby mountain resorts makes it even more desirable, as we love taking day trips to Beaver Creek, Vail, Copper, Arapahoe Basin and Keystone. It's so easy to catch an early morning flight out of Chicago and be skiing by 10:30 AM - and we do that as often as possible!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo: Our mountain home with its special ski in/out location and easy walk down to town spoils us every time we visit. We awake in the morning and enjoy gazing out at the beautiful mountains from our bed in the master bedroom. Because our home is a top floor corner unit, we have a cathedral ceiling in the living area, excellent views, and cooling breezes from two sides during the summer months. During the spring ski season, we enjoy sitting on our balcony overlooking the skier plaza adjacent to the chair lift, relaxing and enjoying the 'blue sky.'. We've stocked it with only the best furnishings, housewares, and linens, as well as robes for your use while using the pool and spa area, and virtually anything else you may need. Our place has been a dream come true...
