This well appointed, completely remodeled first class condo is waiting to welcome you in to RELAX. The breathtaking ocean view will thrill you the moment you enter into our home. "WOW" As our guests, we are confident that you will love it as much as we do each time we walk through the doorway.
Once you have settled in, take the relaxing stroll along the waterfront into the quaint town of Kailua (Note: there are a couple of great coffee shops that open early each morning, allowing you to sit outside and watch the waves splash on shore -- or brew your own Kona coffee and enjoy your private lanai) . No worries - no cares - just enjoying Life!
No need to hassle with driving - the shops and restaurants and even luaus - are all within easy walking distance from our condominium.
Or you can keep busy from morn 'til midnight, exploring the Kona Coast - hiking, biking, birding, fishing, snorkeling, scuba diving, exploring remote beaches, the active volcano, green and black sand beaches - just to mention of FEW of the activities available for your more adventurous side. You can even use the public beach area in town to go out swimming in the bay - the same place that the Kona Ironman competition begins the three mile swim (less than 1 mile from our condo). You will swim with the fish and the dolphins and delight in the warmth of the water. You'll be so refreshed and invigorated, you will want to try it all!

The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The sunsets, the fresh breezes, the glorious sunshine, the views of the waves and dolphins and surfers -- all are often a distraction to the good books we are trying to read! Our blood pressure and heart rates decrease as soon as we arrive in Kona.
This sandy beach is good access for getting in to the ocean -- and it has nice shade trees for sitting in the shade while you enjoy to waves & views
Less than one mile to Kailua pier -- the start of the famous Ironman Triathlon -- and a wonderful place to swim. Spinner dolphins are often seen here play in the bay
Easy access into the water for snorkling; nice park area, lifeguards and restrooms

I cannot express how much I appreciated working with this condo owner (Debi). She was VERY responsive and efficient and she really cared about our time of relaxing in Kona. The condo is beautiful and well-equipped -- so easy to make ourselves at home right away. We really valued all the 'home' touches (cooking supplies and equipment, beach chairs, towels and a great cooler, laundry soap, ETC!!) We seriously had trouble leaving the condo and lanai -- it was sooooo beautiful and quiet and relaxing. I was concerned about foot 'traffic' in front of the condo -- no worries needed! The few people that pass were no interruption to our thorough enjoyment of our private place in Kona. I thought I would need an air conditioner in the bedroom -- but the ceiling fan and open windows were all we needed (and it was WARM while we were there for 2 weeks) We have already made our return reservation. I cannot encourage YOU -- a prospective guest -- enough to contact THIS owner -- she was a delight to work with. The condo is popular ... so don't wait too long to make your reservations!!

Staying at the Kona Reef was great. The location was close to town and all of it's conveniences. Staying in your condo, Debi, was beyond our expectations. The unit is immaculate and comes stocked with all of the essentials necessary to feel right at home. Thank you for your generosity and excellent communication. We loved this condo! The location is perfect, right on the water and within walking distance of town. The condo is tastefully decorated in a fitting tropical theme. It is immaculate and well stocked with many cooking utensils, spices and even coffee beans for our first morning cup. Coffee on the lanai as dawn breaks with the waves lapping on shore is nothing short of idyllic. Watching the water activities from the surfers to the para-sailors was a delight. We were even treated to seeing 2 cruise ships anchored out in the bay coming to lovely Kailau Kona. It was a treat for us to do the 12 hour tour around the island to see the volcanoes, Hilo, the rainforest, and the lava fields. The trip to the top of Mauna Kea to watch the sun set and the sky ablaze along with the star gazing was most memorable. The historical sunset cruise gave us another view of the lovely island. The owner was extremely helpful and patiently answered all our questions ensuring a very satisfying stay. Yes, yes, yes, we would like to return and would highly recommend this property.

Luxurious Home away from Home indeed! This condo wonderful – although the lanai was the most incredible place to start our morning off with coffee … watching the surfers and the waves roll in…. We sat here and read for hours … and then watched the sunsets every night. WOW! We felt wonderfully pampered as we decompressed and RELAXED! Kailua-Kona is just a 5 minute walk from this condo … lots of restaurants and coffee shops – easy access when we wanted it … We also barbequed often on the grills that overlook the pool area -- great place meet other guests and residents – everyone we interacted with was really helpful and pleasant (and BTW: The grounds and pool, hot tub area is immaculately kept). The owner of this condo was FILLED with Hawaii’s Aloha spirit – she could not have been more helpful or responsive. I have already recommended this condo (and the owners!) to several of my family and friends. We go to Kona often and will definitely return to use this lovely condo whenever possible. We can’t recommend it higher – GREAT CHOICE for a condo in Kona!

Owner is quickly responsive to all questions. She was very helpful with our planning. The condo exceeded our hopes and expectations. We LOVED having a front row seat to the waves, the ocean action and the sunsets. We will definitely be returning here every year. We have stayed in other condos at the Kona Reef but this will be our first choice from now on. The location in Kailua is excellent. The quiet road to walk into town was appreciated at all hours of day and night. We really felt at home here. Thank you, Debi, for making this reservation and stay so easy.
