We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed our stay. We were able to rent a boat down the road at Lobo and had a great fishing experience. 52 Trout in 3 days and 7 were from the dock. The place was clean, right on the river and priced right. We always stay at VRBO houses and have good and bad experiences. I got what I expected. Will for sure be back.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers.

Weekend Rates (Fri - Sun)...$150/night (Excludes Holidays) .. $900/week Weekday Rates (Mon - Thur)..$120/night (Excludes Holidays) Holiday Rates .. $175/night (Three night minimum required) Two night minimum required for weekends. A $100 deposit is required with reservation. Rates listed are for up to 4 guests. Additional guests are $5 per person (max. 8) Non-refundable cleaning fee of $50 with reservation. No Smoking Please.

About the owner: My family and I love to staying here. We enjoy time together away from the daily distractions. We have owned the property for 5 years and have some of the best memories. The area is very quiet and private. Lots of really good fishing from the dock. Fly fishing is available about 3 miles upstream.
Why the Owner Chose Heber Springs:
This property is located in a very nice and quiet area. I have been coming to this area for over 15 years and it is one of my favorite parts of the river. My family and I enjoy the peace and quiet, plus you have lots of privacy. The fishing is also very good with lots of deep pockets.
The Unique Benefits at this Cabin:
There are multiple areas for entertaining. Their is a large deck connected to the property, a second deck near the water and a covered dock. You can relax in the shade or bask in the sun. The living room has lots of windows overlooking the river, which makes it very relaxing. The fishing is really good with a lot of deep water holes.
