Our fully furnished, newly sided home, is located in Hemlock Farms, Pike County, a beautiful resort community in the Poconos near Lake Wallenpaupak, 1 1/2 hour drive from New York City. This beautiful vacation home sits on a half acre and has a large wrap around deck, great for large gatherings.
Home includes 3 bedrooms, upstairs master with king size bed, air conditioning - #2 2 twins, and bedroom #3 on main level with 2 twins, sofabed in living room and in sunroom (no heat), large eat in kitchen, washer and dryer. Renters are responsible for bedding and towels and will not be supplied. Home is tastefully furnished and decorated. Sorry no young groups.
Within community are 72 miles of paved roads leading to 3 lakes, 4 beaches, 2 outdoor pools, 10 tennis courts, 2 baseball fields, bocci, volleyball and basketball courts, children's playground, teen center, arts and crafts, library, church, Jewish Center, fire & EMS services, mailroom, kids camp (extra fee) summer only, private golf course. The major facility is the clubhouse which features an indoor pool, sauna, steamroom, kiddy pool, Jacuzzi, fitness equipment room,( cafe, gameroom - closed for the winter) and an auditorium/theatre.
