Spacious corner townhouse 4 bedroom and 4 full bath twin at end of cul-du-sac. Off street parking for three cars in addition to on street parking. The bay and a public dock directly across the street provides great views, fishing, swimming and other water sports opportunities. A short walk to the center of town, shopping and restaurants.
Three floors with lots of living space. Hardwood floors through all the living areas and hallways; a central stereo system with volume controls in each room and a ceiling fan in every room. All bedrooms are roomy and each has dresser and a full closet. First floor: 1) large living room with TV, DVD and a pull out sofa; 2) a full bath and 3) a bedroom, with a full bed and a twin bed. Second floor: 1) living room; 2) deck with gas BBQ and outdoor table and chairs; 3) full kitchen including gas range, double oven, dish washer and all cooking and eating utensils; 4) A full bath; 5) Washer and Dryer; 6) A bedroom with a queen sized bed. Third floor: 1) Master suite has king size bed and a private deck. Master bath has separate whirlpool bath and walk in steam shower. 2) additional bedroom has a full size bed and a twin bed along with a private full bathroom.
Family rentals only, no groups please. Our minimum rental period is one week.
