  Our family just loved this place. The boys had a blast in the loft area, and we couldn't have asked for better view than the one outside the bedroom. We will be back again!!!

  Although I was only able to spend a weekend there due to my schedule it was the most relaxing weekend I have had in a while. The sunset views from the villa were gorgeous as well as the villa and its amenities. I am definately going to return for a longer stay next time. It is the perfect getaway for a couple or a family as the villa is large enough to accomodate atleast 6 or more individuals. I will definately recommend this villa to my friends and relatives!!!

  The condo was as described...VERY nice and clean and what a view!!! The property and condo are very well maintained!!! easy to get to the beach and to town. If you are looking for a nice condo to relax on the beach this one fits the bill...quiet, relaxing, and can`t beat the sunsets. I would definitely recommend this unit and this location. The "downtown" district is fun...Pink Elephant, The Temp, and PJ`s are terrific.

  We stayed at this condo for a few days in May and we will defiantly be back! There are breathtaking views of the sunset every evening and a gentle breeze from the ocean that flows through the condo. We turned the AC off and slept with the windows open to enjoy the breeze. The community is quiet and very safe. The hardest decision every day was whether to go to the beach or pool. Usually we decided on both! At the pool there was towel service, waiters to bring you food, and a cute tiki bar. We also love to cook and we were delighted to find that the kitchen had all of the amenities to make us feel right at home. The apartment is perfectly clean, even to our own high standards. When we walked down to the beach at night to take pictures, it was like we were on our own private island. It is nice to not have to deal with crowds. We also liked that the condo was on the top floor. We will rent this same unit next year and would highly recommend it.

  "We hadn't taken a beach vacation in many years and our stay here confirmed that it won't be many years until the next visit! This is the ultimate for those who want to relax and enjoy the best of what Florida has to offer...beach, sunshine and incredible sunsets! All of this can be enjoyed from the comfort of this beautiful condo. The location of this property is great, with easy access to all activities, restaurants and shopping. Can't wait to re-visit Boca Grande!!!"

  This was our second trip to Boca Grande and our 2nd condo at this resort. Hands down this was by far the best one yet. The view is 1st class and amazing and the furnishings are extremely comfortable. If you love to read there is a chair and lamp in every room. We scheduled our whole day around being back at the condo for the fabulous sunset from the deck. This condo had everything we needed and more. We were able to cook a gourmet meal because it has everything in the kitchen, a rarity in rental property. The resort itself is amazing and the food at the pool and restaurant is wonderful. We definitely will rent here again. We stayed here Oct 30th - Nov 4th, 2009.
