Trails 108, my 2 bedroom 2 bath condo is cozy, comfortable and convenient. You can catch the latest ski conditions on the large flat screen TV in the living room or better yet, just walk out on the patio and you can check out the slopes for yourself. Awesome views and over 300 acres of ski terrain are now at your fingertips.

A trail 108 has a newly renovated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counters. It is stocked with all the cookware and necessities you need to prepare and share a family style meal. The dining room table can accommodate 4-6 people and there are 3 stools at the breakfast bar. The master bedroom has a King bed and private bath and the guest room has 2 twin beds with the bath just across the hall. For additional sleeping there is a fold out sofa bed in the living room.
Relax by the gas fireplace in the living room where you can see the skiers coming down Dawdler ski run. You can even see the famous Alpine Springs ski area from your sofa. Ski back to your condo for lunch and then you can get back on the slopes in no time. You just take off from the property and ski down to the Village 6-Pack or the Elk Camp Gondola and you will be on top of the mountain in just minutes.
Park your car in your private, covered parking stall and leave the driving to us. At Top of the Village you will have access to the complimentary shuttle service that will take you anywhere within the Village or to the bus that runs to Aspen.
As our guest you will also enjoy access to the outdoor heated pool, 2 hot tubs, sauna, and exercise room. We want to ensure that your vacation is as enjoyable and stress free as possible. The best way to make that happen is to offer a comfortable, completely self-contained condo at a competitive price. Additionally, you need an experienced local management team that can provide on-property support. Like some of my fellow TOV owners, I have partnered with Destination Resorts Snowmass (DRS), a Snowmass Village based company that has been servicing TOV owners and their guests for over 20 years. Their guest care encompasses Front Desk (check-in and registration), Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Concierge services. The Top of the Village Front Desk is centrally located on the property and available 7 days a week to assist you. In the unlikely event a maintenance issue arises, there are maintenance personnel on site at all times. The bottom line is you get VRBO pricing with the peace of mind of a caring and efficient guest services team.
