This Non-Smoking property is amazing - comfortable and private. There is a beautiful main and guest house that walk out to a sparkling clean in-ground swimming pool. All of this overlooking Rush Lake on the prestigious Whitefish Chain of lakes in central Minnesota.
Main House:
In the main house, the great room is perfect for relaxing and entertaining. A vaulted living room, dining room, and kitchen with a breakfast bar surround makes conversation throughout easy. The dining room table seats six and the breakfast bar has three stools. A sectional sofa with two recliner seats provide comfort as well as the relaxing rocking chair.
There are two ceiling fans throughout the great room and air conditioning for needed comfort. There is a 27 inch TV with a VCR & DVD player and Direct TV with expanded cable, all HBOs and ESPNs. Two sliding glass doors lead to a sundeck overlooking the lake.
There are two bedrooms on the main level. The master bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan, nightstand, built-in dresser, shelves and a chair. The second bedroom on the main floor has a double bed, ceiling fan, nightstand and closet. There is a full bath upstairs with a tub/shower.
The kitchen features a dishwasher, ice maker, garbage disposal, coffee maker, toaster, smoothie machine, and a stove. A wide variety of cookware, utensils, dishes, and glasses are provided. A large gas grill with side burner is outside for your cookout needs. There is a washer and dryer on the main floor and an iron.
Off of the kitchen is a spectacular three season porch of all glass sliding doors. The largest sliding door leads out to the sundeck and down to the large bonfire area and lake. The other four sliding doors lead out to the fenced in pool/patio area and guest house. The rear door leads out toward the garage or back around to the main entrance of the home. The three season porch has two ceiling fans, a futon that turns into a double bed, a small table with chairs that makes it easy to visit with one another.
Also off of the kitchen is access to the walkout lower level. The sliding glass doors walk directly out to the bonfire pit area. The lower level is simply a bathroom and two bedrooms. The lower level bathroom has a nice shower. In one of the bedrooms, there is a bunk bed featuring single beds as well as another single bed in the room. It also includes a dresser and a nightstand. In the ajoining room, there is a bunk bed featuring a double bed on the bottom bunk and a single bed on the top bunk. This room has a closet and nightstand.
Guest House:
The guest house is great. Looking over the pool at the lake is amazing from this vantage point. The living room has a brand new couch and loveseat. The kitchen features a refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. A variety of other kitchen essentials such as dishes, utensils, glasses and cookware help complete the perfect meal! The bedroom area has a retractable, accordion-style wall so you can have either one big slumber party room or two separate bedrooms. Each side has a bunk bed featuring a double bed on the bottom bunk and a single bed on the top bunk, so this area can sleep six. There is a full bathroom in the guest house, which is really handy when pool-side.
Outside:
The huge pool/patio area includes a new outdoor table, eleven chairs, three lounge chairs, pool basketball and volleyball, a beach ball, goggles, and several misc. pool floaties.
The expansive dock area is large enough to accommodate three fishing boats or two large size pontoon, speed, power or cruiser boats. The lakeshore features a sandy beach, however the entrance of the lake is a bit mucky so thank goodness for wonderful pool accommodations.
