We have 3 weeks available surrouunding the 4th of July. Relax in this 3 bedroom townhouse or on the patio, which overlooks 3 fairways of the Lakes course. Blacklake has 27 holes divided into 3 different settings. Walk to the community pool and spa. Try driving to our sister course in Avila Beach for the experience of playing with an ocean view. Relax after sightseeing or a day of shopping at the discount mail. The home is fully equipped but if relaxing doesn't include cooking, the Blakelake cafe is half a block away with great food and a full liquor license. Great pre-cooked and fresh local vegetables and fish can be found near by. Find a box with directions to many restaurants and local grocery and specialty shops. The bookcase included many books, games and recent magazines.
The great room features a fireplace below a wide screen T.V. with sound system. A comfortable seating area, dining area and a breakfast bar are in the great room. WI-FI is provided so you can check your e-mail upstairs or downstairs. The kitchen is fully equiped with a bright view from the window. The guest bath is by the front door.
As you walk upstairs under the skylight, you can enter the master bedroom which has another great view of the golf course. You can watch the sunrise from the king size bed if you wish. The master bath has two dressing areas. The smallest room has a built in desk and shelves if you just need to check on your everyday life or this can be a child's room with a trundle bed. The guest room with a queen size bed over looks a small patio. The second bath includes a shower and a closet with a washer and dyer.

This is $750 for a 3 day stay $1,200 for a week and $ 2,600 for a month based on 4 people and no pets additional charges for pets and additional people.
$200 a refundable cleaning security deposit due on booking the rent is due 30 days before move in date. In the case of a multiple month term 30 days before the start of each month.

About the owner: My husband is recently retired and I substitute teach. We have a home in Southern. California, but we enjoy central California so recently bought a townhouse at Blacklake. We love all of central Cal and also own a place in Oakhurst. We want to share our Blacklake home.
Why the Owner Chose Nipomo:
We recently bought this townhouse, after using a timeshare in Availa Beach. We were drawn to BlackLake by the support given us by the course pros. They have great inexpensive plans which include clinics and practice time on the course. These can be used at Availa also. The community is great about welcoming short term or occasional members.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
This condo has a great view of the lakes course. Close enough to watch the play but above the action so stray balls are not a problem. The patio has a shade cover
