  We've rented houses in Lake Tahoe for several years and this is by far the best property we have ever rented. We will be back next year. The house was clean, very well decorated, and comfortable. Beds were outstanding and kitchen had it all. Photos do not do the property justice as it is very much more than the photos reflect. Location was great. It was a pleasure dealing with the owners.

  Our family of 9 adults and 3 children enjoyed our 6 night stay very much. Home was very clean and comfortable. The owner was very responsive and helpful; our emailed questions were answered promptly and pleasantly. The views from the balconies and bedrooms were amazing. We appreciated the large quantity of cookware, dinnerware, silverware, and glassware to take care of our family plus guests. There was an extra fridge in the garage for extra drinks which we made use of. Thank you for helping us enjoy a wonderful, memorable family vacation in South Lake Tahoe!

  Great place to stay! We visited for a ski vacation and found that this was an easy drive to Boulder Lodge parking lot. We also took a trip to Kirkwood one bluebird day and found it an easy drive on dry roads. Ample parking at the house - great snow clearance service the morning after/during 3-4 feet of fresh snow. Open layout on main floor is great with a large dining table and a kitchen with ample cookware and supplies. (Note - a sharp knife would be a welcome addition for any true chefs.) 2nd floor bedrooms are cozy and inviting. Two have fabulous view of the valley; hot tub on downstairs porch also perfect for sunset viewing. Thanks so much for sharing this wonderful home. We'll be back!

  This home was just perfect for our family last weekend. (2/4/11-2/7/11) There were a total of 14 of us ranging in age from 77 down to a toddler of 2 years, and our Jodee dog. The main level was accommodating for great-great grandma as she is not able to use the stairs very well. The bedroom on this level suited her in that she had her own bathroom, and had access to everything else on the main level. The lower level with the pool table and bunk beds was great for the teens. In addition, there was a bedroom for their parents and of course a bathroom for their use. The second level was excellent for the rest of us. Baby slept with mom and dad in one of the rooms with a king size bed. Very comfortable for all!! The house was very clean and ready for us when we arrived on Friday afternoon, all we had to do was unpack and enjoy. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need for cooking and is big enough that you don't feel crowded if two or three people are in there at the same time..even had two coffe pots which was great for us with as much coffee as we drink. Plenty of room throughout the home for everyone. The location was close enough to the casinos and shopping if you wanted to go to town, but not so close that you were bothered with a lot of traffic and confusion. Our kids had season passes to Sierra which was a bit of a distance but not so much that it was a difficult drive. They managed just fine..it only took about 25 minutes. One thing I would caution anyone on is in regards to the parking. There really is only room for four cars. We had to be real creative with the parking; the BMW station wagon and Murano SUV did fit in the garage but was a tight fit. The Ford diesel truck and Tahoe SUV had to be parked in the driveway which was fine; there is no way that they would have fit into the garage. The owner of the home was so nice and made sure that all was well with the home; making sure that our stay was enjoyable. Thank you Saeed!! In closing I would like to remark on the beautiful views of this place. Creation is all around!! Thankfully I'm an early riser..if not, I would have missed the most spectacular sunrises. You can't imagine the beautiful colors, you have to see it for yourself. Just be sure you're up around 6 am so you can see it from the start. It's amazing!!
