Our family retreat offers 2100 sq ft, 4 large bedrooms a great yard for games, 100 feet of frontage, a large beach, shade by the water and an upgraded fire pit (lush!) for the often requested smores at the end of the day!
A permanent 60 foot dock provides ample docking of boat(s) and/or other watercraft. Enjoy your day on Clam Lake, motor over to beautiful Torch Lake (less than 5 min away) and spend the day enjoying the crystal clear water or make your way to East Traverse Bay, via the Chain of Lakes.
The lot is deep and provides privacy near/at the water. There is a large beach (new 2007)at the water, a sandy lake bottom (for 8 ft)and a swim ladder attached to the end of the dock - all fantastic for kids and their families.
