Bring your boat(s), water toys, families and your enthusiasm to enjoy the outdoors UP NORTH! Our family retreat offers 2700 sq ft, 4 large bedrooms a great yard for games, 100 feet of frontage, shade and sun by the water, a large beach (buckets, shovels and toys provided) and a stone rimmed fire pit for the often requested s’mores at the end of the day.

A permanent 60 foot dock provides ample docking of boat(s) and/or other watercraft. Enjoy your day on Clam Lake, motor over to beautiful Torch Lake (less than 5 min away) and spend the day enjoying the crystal clear water or make your way to East Traverse Bay, via the Chain of Lakes.

The lot is deep and provides privacy at the water. There is a beautiful beach at the waters' edge, large enough for big and little kids to play in, good fishing from the dock, and a great, long dock for jumping into the cool lake waters.

The house is great for families - lots of space and activities for everyone!
