Newly remodeled 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condominium. Less than 2 minute walk to beach (with no streets to cross)!! New kitchen, bathroom, living and dining room tastefully and modernly decorated. 40 inch Flat Screen TV!!
Walking distance to movie theater, restaurants, trolley line and shopping! A short drive brings you to Naples, Sanibel and Ft. Myers "The City of Palms". Ft. Myers was the winter home of Thomas Edison, who reportedly brought the palm tree to Florida, and Henry Ford! There are tours and museums dedicated to both of these geniuses.
Take in a baseball game! Both the Boston Red Sox and the Minnesota Twins train in Ft. Myers. Back on the island, enjoy breath-taking sunsets while sipping a cool beverage at the Outrigger Tiki Bar right next door! The sunsets here are like snowflakes, no two are the same! If you are brave enough you may even try to blow the conch shell, an Outrigger tradition at sunset.
If a walk on the beach does not provide enough nature seeing. A 10 minute drive south will find you at the Lovers Key/ Carl E. Johnson State Park. There you can explore by foot, bicycle, or kayak. With over 7 miles of multi-use trails and endless mangroves and streams, you can get up close and personal with manatees, dolphins, sea turtles, as well as over 40 species of birds.
Let’s not forget the night life. Leave the car behind and enjoy an open air trolley ride (which stops at our front door!) to “Times Square”, our down town area. By day you can enjoy the many shops and restaurants. As well as a stroll along the pier where you can watch the devilish pelicans try to steal the fishermen’s catch of the day!
By night you can add live music and dancing to that list of things to do. With a variety that is sure to please every ones taste. There is also the casino boat where you can enjoy a sunset dinner cruise before trying your luck at the poker table. The Key West Boat also leaves from Ft. Myers Beach; a 2 hr. ride gets you to Margaritaville!! As well as numerous fishing excursions both half days and full days.

Absolutely gorgeous apartment in great location. Easy access to restaurants, bars and local stores plus proximity to the beach made it a hassle free vacation. Accommodations are wonderful. We have stayed at the Coquina 4 times and wish we could go there yearly! We have invited family and friends to join us. Great location, view of gorgeous beach which we walk daily, walking distance to many restaurants and shops, easy access to downtown area.
