If you want privacy, a traffic free beach, and the ultimate in luxury oceanfront living then the Kingston Tower Unit 201 is for you. This 2nd floor unit puts you at one with the surf while surrounding you with an elegant West Indies decor. Steps away enjoy the private, secure pool area with its coral pink pavers and a bubbling hot tub. Beyond the pool lies the white, sugary sands so popular in this South Daytona Beach area known as Daytona Beach Shores.

Offering 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, an oceanfront great room and an intracoastal bonus room which can easily convert to a 4th bedroom, this roomy condo includes over 2700 square feet of conditioned space and over 600 square feet of balconies. Enjoy the light and open feeling of this 'end ' unit wrapped in glass and ocean views. As the only short term rental unit in this intimate 14 unit building you will enjoy the ultimate in security and privacy for your stay, never having to fight for a space at the pool or endure crowded elevators.

The commons areas include the fitness room, which is equipped not only with the latest machines but also spectacular views of the pool and beach, which means you may work out while you watch the kids splash in the pool.

As the elevator whisks you from the secure underground parking area directly to the elegant, private foyer of unit 201 - note the carved crown moldings and the amber, crystal chandelier. Just past the foyer is a hand painted bar, which when opened offers wine glass storage and mirrored elegance for your private parties.

The sumptuous master bedroom offers a fireplace with stone columns and a 43 inch flat panel TV - both in view from the king sized Plantation Bed or the reading nook with its comfortable full size sofa. The luxury master bath is furnished with a large walk in shower, jetted tub, and his and her's granite topped vanities.

Two other guest suites offer King sized beds, each with a flickering fireplace with 43 inch flat panel TV's mounted above. One suite bath even has its own jetted tub, granite countertops and a hand held shower. There is no reason that these guests can't enjoy the luxurious accommodations and feel pampered by the fluffy bedding and pillow top mattresses.

The intracoastal bonus room provides one more large flat panel TV over a generous media cabinet, which can be viewed from two deep daybeds with piles of comfy pillows for lounging. This room also offers a wet bar with beverage fridge for instant cold drinks. At night the room can accommodate up to 4 guests on the real twin mattresses - no one has to endure the discomfort of a fold away. The room could also easily convert to a large king bedded suite, complete with wet bar/coffee bar for the lucky occupants of this 4th bedroom..

The oceanfront great room boasts a 52 inch flat panel TV, and a leather sectional with great views of the Atlantic Ocean. An adjacent reading nook provides a fireplace with built in bookshelves and comfortable seating. As in the rest of the condo exclusive art and accessories give the space the look and feel of a high end personal residence

The large kitchen is flanked by a formal dining area with a 'Bob Mackie' designer table and leather chairs that accommodates 6 comfortably. Casual dining for 4 is available in the nook and the long granite topped bar has swivel stools for additional casual dining.

The ocean side lanai is equipped with a dining table, chaise lounges and deep seating surrounding the outdoor fireplace, which like all the fireplaces in the unit can be operated with heat on chilly mornings or evenings, or without heat for ambiance any time of the year.

Enjoy wireless Internet or HD programming on the flat panel TVs Even though the building is a private and secure 14 units, it is only minutes away from grocery stores, shopping and some of the best restaurants on the coast. It is 15 minutes from the Daytona International Speedway and many fine golf courses are close by. The Kennedy Space Center, St. Augustine and Orlando Theme Parks are only an hour away.

Our family stayed here the last week of Sept., 2012. The unit is beautiful and well kept. The beach view is great, security is excellent. We were a little put off by the initial questions , seemed like a lot of "hoops" to jump through, but in the end was no real issue. We were impressed by our own private elevator lobby and it turned out to feel very secure. The beach is only steps away. The owners are very courteous and made the transaction easy. We hope to stay there again in the near future.

Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

Owner response: Since the Kingston Tower is a high end, intimate private condo community, featuring only 7 floors with 14 units, security for our quests is a priority. The Kingston Tower quest registration form requires personal information similar to registration at any five star luxury hotel. Sincerely, The Kingston Tower Staff

"The condo is so beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed every moment we were there. My aunt who stayed with us was looking at her calendar to see if she could stay there this summer with her family! We'd love to come back this summer. It was the most beautiful and peaceful beach condo we have ever stayed in!" Please pass my thanks on to the other owners.

I cannot say enough about this property. It was absolutley beautiful, very clean and spacious. The location was great and it was definately a plus that there were beach chairs, unbrella, toys etc provided for us. There was everything you could possibly need in this condo, from brochures, to board games for the kids, towels were provided, the patio furniture was very comfortable , the pool and beach were great. I would definately recommend this property to anyone looking to have a fabulous vacationj. We had 9 people in our party and there was enough room for everyone.

Recommended for: Girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, families with young children, age 55+.

My family & I loved our stay at Kingston Tower! The condo was spacious, clean and absolutely beautiful! The view from the wrap around balcony was amazing! The beach was lovely and peaceful with just the right amount of privacy. The owner was extremely helpful, providing brochures and information about area restaurants and businesses. I would definitely recommend this condo to family and friends. Wish we could have stayed longer and look forward to returning in the future!
