  This Adagio unit was just what we were looking for our trip to the Songwriter's Festival. This trip was all adults and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. I've rented from the owner several times. She has the loveliest properites and makes it so easy to get settled in at the beach and start having a good time. The condo is very well appointed with comfortable furniture and high-end details. The Adagio complex is great with many amenities including two pools (one heated) and a hot tub which is perfect in the winter. Location on 30A is very convenient. I highly recommend the owner and her properties.

  This condo is amazing. We did a lot of research before deciding on this unit and the pictures do not do it justice. It is truly a first class resort. The pool with the fountain was so relaxing and the view from the terrace is awesome. The furnishings are very nice (the sectional is so comfy), the kitchen is beautiful, and the master bath is very well done. Love the double sinks and dual shower heads! We had so much fun on the bikes, so nice that they were provided. We would highly recommend this unit as the owners and the management team were truly interested in making our vacation just perfect and were on top of any questions or concerns we had. Great restaurants and shopping in the area. We will surely be back, not only to Blue Mountain Beach and Santa Rosa, but to C401!!

  Thank you for a wonderful vacation! Your condo was the most well accomodated condo we've ever stayed in!!! It had everything we needed for a full week's vacation. The furnishings, appliances & cookware were all top notch!! We had 5 adults and 4 children and had PLENTY of room the entire week! The pools were both fantastic, but the main fountain pool was so well layed out, that it never felt crowded & was very toddler friendly!! Also, we loved the use of your 2 bikes. My husband and I went on a bike ride everday! The only time we experienced a problem, which was with one of the beds, you came to fix it within 12 hours!!! Your service level from the time of booking until we left was impeccable! This will be the only place we stay when we return to Santa Rosa Beach!!!

  What a beautiful and peaceful place! I have lived here for 20 years and never thought of renting a condo but I had family coming and we wanted to do something special so we rented this condo. I could not have been more pleased with the condo nor the view! The Gulf of Mexico is at our back door and the 3 level pool is at our front door! The weather was perfect and there was a complimentary beach towel and bottle of wine upon arrival. The only thing that would have been better is if there had been a pair of binnoculars there - we forgot ours. May God's peace continue to rest upon this place.

  C401 is a lovely condo with great accomodations! We loved our stay in Feb, just wish we saw more sunshine. One major highlight was the terrific ONE HOUR MASSAGE with "June" at "For The Health Of It" which is the health food store just across the street from Adagio - call 850-267-0558. Also devoured a "waffle wonderful" at the Hibiscus Cafe, and a terrific lunch at the Smiling Fish. We have already started recommending your unit to our friends for a lovely vacation. Also, check out First Note for evening musical entertainment ... you could walk there from Adagio!

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The condo was beautiful and so was the beach. Everything was clean and comfortable. The view from the balcony was amazing as we watched the dolphins playing in the ocean. We would definately like to return for another visit!

  I've rented a number of times at the Adagio and this one is the best. Just spent Thanksgiving at this one. It's on the top floor, it's very clean, has the best seating layout and the owner was super easy to get along with. The owner was also available to take calls and surprisingly accommodating with our needs (thank you!). More tibits....Two rooms have a King, couches in living room are very comfortable, blackout curtains for room facing beach, had all the pots/pans and utensils we needed. Most units are fairly clean but this one has been kept very well. I will rent here again. Only thing on wish list is for it to have an ice-maker but we found a large bag of ice easily fits in the bottom pull-out freezer. I almost never post anything but I feel the owner deserves it.

  This property is awesome. Kids loved the pool and the great beaches. The unit is nicely decorated with a beautiful view of the gulf. Nancy made the experience hassle-free. Would definitely stay here again.
