A spiral staircase leads to the third floor loft bedroom with 2 XL twin beds (which can be combined to form a King) and views of the ski-mountain. The guest bedroom has 2 XL twin beds (that can also be combined)) and offers afternoon sun and wonderful views up Picabo Street and the Warm Springs village area. The master bedroom's California King bed, dimmable lighting, cozy chairs, wonderful views and morning sun make this room hard to leave. The living room, master bedroom and loft all offer views of the ski-mountain and creek. The soothing sounds of Warm Springs Creek fill the master and loft bedrooms, living room and deck.
The 42' LCD TV, blu-ray DVD player, 3 other TV's with DVD and VCR players, stereo system, 2 iPod docks and free WiFi internet are sure to keep you entertained.
Provided at no cost to our guests are quality towels and linens, a fully stocked kitchen with a full spice rack, paper towels, toilet paper, hair dryers, outdoor propane BBQ, patio furniture (table with 6 chairs, 2 lounge chairs and a cocktail table) and a fireplace. A spotting scope is also available for detailed skier or wildlife viewing.

We had a wonderful time in SV. The condo was in the PERFECT location, right next to the lifts and right on the creek with a large deck. Beds were great and kitchen had everything we needed. Owners were very nice and easy to work with. Will definitely make this a regular.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, families with teenagers.

Had a wonderful stay with three friends. Location 1/2 block from Warm Springs lodge/ski lift is awesome. No need for rental car as the bus stop is very near and bus runs on a timely manner. Condo is very comfortable, clean, spacious and nicely furnished. Elk were spotted from the front door everyday. Highly recommended and I bet its the best bang for the buck!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Beautiful! From this big comfy condo with a gorgeous deck looking directly up a babbling stream and Ski Mt. view. Three couples shared this well furnished condo with a pleasant living room/dining space, and three comfortable bedrooms. We really enjoyed the big deck with relaxing chairs and a great barbecue plus the location. We parked the cars and could walk to the bus and be in town or at the lodge in 10 minutes -all for Free! Scenic walks nearby, and great fishing from deck! We appreciated the owner's helpful tips of what to see, walks, and good restaurants, thank you. Great place, we will come again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Our family had been to the Sun Valley area a number of times in the past twenty years, as we had some great friends in Gimlet. I remember skiing down to the Warm Springs Lodge, and thinking how amazing it was. So now I find myself staying a pebbles throw away, at this wonderful home. Mind you, it was in July, and the flora was in full force-yet the amazing snowpack this year was still evident-the best of both worlds,(seasonally speaking). The housekeeping had obviously been well taken care of, and we were of little concern of anything-other than to enjoy ourselves, as everything we needed was provided- and then some,(my wife loved the bed, oh well, I guess that is what vacations are about). Our experiences were many, as we rafted the Salmon, hiked, biked, took free fly fishing lessons together, ate like idiots, (there are no bad places to eat...only favorites). So, as I wouldn't recommend "A PLACE" to eat, or hike to, or drive to,(and hike and eat), I would recommend the local events and community sites....e.g., the garden project, the jazz in the park, the local bars and the Sun Valley complex at Baldy Mtn. (see a movie). Well, that's all I can say, because it won't be a better time for you, than it was for us.(Unless you catch more than two nice trout off the deck, see two river otters goofin' off across the bank, or, actually get in the river about a half mile away in the natural hot springs!) Sorry if this seems a bit sappy- but if you've been to Sun Valley, you know that there is no bad place to stay...only those you'd want to....this was such a place.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

My family has stayed in Ketchum many times and this by far is THE BEST place we have stayed! The first time we walked out onto the deck, our jaws dropped- it is right on the river, with an incredible view. It was so relaxing to sit out on the deck and just watch the river. The deck is huge with a BBQ and we ate outside every night. My husband was able to fish right off the deck and caught several salmon. It is right next to the Warm Springs Lodge, which in the summer has great hiking trails. The condo itself was clean, had tons of space and had everything we needed. Great bed in the master suite! Not only is it next to the lodge, you can walk to the nearby park and listen to music in the evenings. You can also walk to downtown- we always go to the Pioneer Saloon. The food is great. We really loved staying here and will definately go back. For a skier, this would be heaven! Thanks.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We travelled all the way from Australia to stay in this condominium & it was everything the owners described. Fantastic. Every morning we would look out the windows to check the slopes, feed the trout off the picturesque deck & after a hard days skiing soak our weary bones in the very hot pool. Heaven. My family just loved staying here. The owners were extremely professional and a pleasure to deal with. I will certainly be back & would recommend others to stay here. Condo was a pleasure. Great place to stay. Close to Warm Springs Lodge and free bus around town. Super size Jacuzzi/Pool with views of slopes. Comfortable condo with creek off the back deck. Cancellation policy:
Terms of the Agreement: 1. The Landlord has the right to inspect the premises without prior notice at any time to enforce the terms of this agreement. Should the Tenants violate any of the terms of this agreement, the rental period shall be terminated immediately. The Tenants waive all rights to process if they fail to vacate the premises upon termination of the rental period. The Tenants shall vacate the premises at the expiration time and date of this agreement 2. The Tenants shall maintain the premises in a good, clean, and ready to rent condition, and use the premises only in a careful and lawful manner. The tenants shall leave the premises in a ready to rent condition at the expiration of the rental agreement, defined by the Landlord as being immediately habitable by the next tenants, with the exception of a general light cleaning consisting of vacuuming, dusting, cleaning of bathrooms and kitchen and laundering of sheets and towels. Tenants shall pay for repairs should the premises be left in a lesser condition. The tenants agree that the Landlord shall deduct costs of said services from the security deposit prior to refund if tenants cause damage to the premises or its furnishings. 3. The Tenants shall pay for any damage done to the premises over and above normal wear and tear. 4. The Tenants shall not sublet the property. 5. The Tenants shall have no more than 6 (six) persons reside or sleep on the premises. 6. There shall be no smoking inside the premises. Smoking is permitted outside the home. 7. Landlord shall provide towels, linens, toilet paper, cooking utensils, pots and pans, dishware and other items as commonly used by the Landlord’s family. Laundry soap, shampoos, and other consumables are to be purchased by the Tenant. No reimbursement will be made for unused consumables left at the premises. If consumables exist at the premises when the Tenant arrives the Tenant is free to use them... 8. The Tenants and Tenants' Guests shall hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Landlord against all claims of personal injury or property damage or loss arising from use of the premises regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss. Tenants should purchase their own insurance for Tenants and Guests if such coverage is desired. 9. Rental Deposit amount is fully refundable up to 6 (six) weeks prior to the beginning of the rental period. After the six weeks prior to the rental period if the Landlord is notified 72 hours or more before the rental period begins the tenant will receive 50% of the total amount back (not including the security deposit). The Landlord will continue to try to rent the unit and if the unit is re-rented during the time period of the tenant’s arranged stay the tenant will receive 100% of the total amount back (not including the security deposit). 10. Tenants agree to pay all reasonable costs, attorney's fees and expenses that shall be made or incurred by Landlord enforcing this agreement. 11. Tenants expressly acknowledge and agree that this Agreement is for transient occupancy of the Property, and that Tenants do not intend to make the property a residence or household. 12. There shall be no refunds of rents due to shortened stays or ruined expectations because of weather conditions. 13. There shall be no refunds of rents because of shortened stays or ruined expectations due to work and family emergencies or other commitments. 14. It is the tenant’s responsibility to learn about safety precautions, warning signs of water conditions, and safety procedures concerning swimming in or being around the pool. Tenant agrees to have a responsible adult supervising minors while they swim in the pool. Tenant is hereby notified that the pool can be dangerous and tenant accepts fully the risks involved. 15. Only legally owned and permitted firearms shall be allowed on the premises according to State and local laws. 16. Tenant agrees that Fireworks and other hazardous materials shall not be used in or around the property. 17. Tenant shall use the property for legal purposes only and other use, such as but not limited to, illegal drug use, abuse of any person, harboring fugitives, etc.; shall cause termination of this agreement with no refund of rents or deposits. 18. Tenant agrees not to access the “owner’s closet”, even if unlocked, which contains cleaning supplies and chemicals that could be hazardous to children and adults. The owner’s closet is located in the guest bedroom on the second floor. 19. The property has a fire extinguisher and is located in the downstairs storage closet. The fire extinguisher was fully charged at last inspection. It is the duty of the tenant to inform management immediately should the fire extinguisher become less than fully charged. Tenant agrees to use the fire extinguisher only for true emergencies. 20. The property has fire alarms installed and they are believed to function properly at the time of rental. Tennant will notify management without delay if a fire alarm “chirps” or has a low battery condition. 21. Tenant is advised that there is no carbon monoxide detector on the property and accepts the risk involved in not having one. 22. Valuable items left behind by tenant will be held for the tenant and every reasonable effort will be made to contact the tenant for return. If items are not claimed for longer than 6 months they shall become the property of the Landlord. The Landlord shall not be help liable for condition of said items. 23. TV is provided and service level has been chosen by the Landlord. No refund of rents shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, or personal preferences with regard to TV service. 24. High speed wireless internet is provided as a convenience only and is not integral to the agreement. 25. After the Tenant’s departure the Tenant shall mail the set of keys back to the Landlord within 1 (one) business day.

Year Purchased: 1977
About the owner: I'm a 62 year old retired male, father of four and grandfather to three. I enjoy skiing, fishing, hiking and spending time with my family. I have so many great memories at this condo. My wife and I took our children here for many years. They learned to ski here and our family fell in love with all that the Sun Valley area has to offer. Now my children are making their own tradition of bringing their families to this one of a kind spot. Since losing my soul-mate of 38 years, I have come to realize that I am simply the steward of a special place like this and it is time for me to share it with others. I believe this is the most beautiful location in Sun Valley.
