Paradise found! Reserve our TOTALLY NEW and exciting 4 BR 4.5 bath oceanfront home which sits right on the sand dunes of the famous 12-mile Hilton Head beach— opening November, 2006. We have designed our new home to take maximum advantage of the incredible ocean views and direct beach access! It is a true beach house, where kicking back and enjoying the ocean, beach, pool, and spa are the first priorities. We’ve included 2 large gathering areas, an open kitchen, large dining area, and 3 breathtaking master suites, all with direct ocean views, and access to our many decks.Special feature is the 3rd level "crow's nest" that provides views of the rooftops!
Our new "Dolphins' Watch" is the perfect vacation destination for 2-3 families with 3 kings, and 2 twins(adult-sized) and sofa bed. We provide total sleeping accommodations for 10. All bedrooms have private baths. The gathering rooms on each level provide generous seating, and multiple decks for unbeatable panoramic views of the ocean -- shrimp boats, and our lovable dolphins. The oceanfront private hot tub is located on the first level, and the ground level patio has a gas grill and picnic table, ready for your BBQ favorites This exciting new design provides for both private and relaxing community time with friends and family. Of course, one of the most important features of this home is the private beach walkway providing direct access to the white sandy beach – just 10 steps away.
Oceanwood is a exclusive private community located on North Forest and about 1 mile from Coligny Plaza – that welcomes both year round residents and guests. This location provides for easy access to shopping, restaurants, golf, tennis and water sports. You will have community pool privileges for the 20’X 40’ oceanfront pool that ranges from 3’ to 8’ deep with an adjacent 14’ circular wading/kiddie pool that is 1’deep. An oceanfront open-style gazebo has poolside restrooms, rocking chairs, and shower. This makes for lovely entertaining area for morning coffee, rocking babies, playing chess, and evening cocktails.
