Our family was just here for a week--and it was wonderful! The house is spacious, lovely and well suited for a family with kids. The owners have everything you could possibly need on vacation, and they were kind enough to provide us with some toys for our baby as well. The pool was lovely--warm, heated like a tub and our children LOVED it. I would definitely recommend renting this place in Sanibel, especially since it's located so centrally to everything (the restaurants are a short drive away & the walk to the beach takes literally 30 seconds). The owner was also very friendly and easy to work with and responded quickly to all of our inquiries. Definitely rent this place! The pictures do not do it justice--it's much more spacious, open and bright than it looks (even though it looks nice in the photos--it's even nicer in person). Thanks for making your great property available to rent!!

This was our first trip to Sanibel and we were thrilled with the home we rented. The location was great and we enjoyed early morning and late evenings on the beach. The house is large, beautifully decorated and the kids had a great time swimming in the pool while we relaxed on the patio. We rented bikes, went shopping and drove out to Captiva. We also rented a boat and saw so many dolphins...they came right up to the boat. If you are planning a trip to Sanibel, this is the home to rent! I wish I could give ten stars...everything was perfect!

I have stayed here several times with my family and had a wonderful, relaxing vacation each time. It is clean, spacious, and has lovely view of the lagoon! The access to the beach is very easy. I love relaxing in the pool on a hot day or lounging on the porch with the fans blowing. Sanibel is such a quaint, family island with great shopping and restaurants. I recommend checking out Grandma dots and the bubble room while you are in town!
