Enjoy this luxurious ocean front condo with upgrades throughout and great Ocean views from the King Master Bedroom, Living Room or private balcony. This great condo complex also offers a community pool, a fishing pond, and a community grilling area.
Located in the quaint village of Rodanthe, your family will be able to enjoy the quiet of nature, gorgeous scenery and the charm of this old fishing village and world class kite boarding location. While you are “away from it all” you will also have plenty of shopping and dinning opportunities and first class accommodations in this well appointed 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo.
There is a King Master Bedroom w/ deck access a large living / dining area, a well appointed kitchen w/ breakfast bar, a private washer and dryer (in unit) and an additional bathroom and bedroom with both a single and queen size bed. There is a private ocean front deck and a sound facing (sunset) deck that leads to the entrance of your condo. For your convenience, an elevator is also located right next to the unit. There is a TV in the master bedroom and one in the living room and we have highspeed wireless Internet. Enjoy stepping back in time with all of the modern day conveniences of this beautiful Ocean Front Condo!

New,clean,well furnished condo on the beach with beautiful views of ocean.Woke up every morning to a beautiful sunrise from windows in master bedroom.Enjoyed great seafood and would recommend Owen"s restaurant and Awful Arthurs.Would definately recommend this condo.Recommended for: Girls getaway, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children.

This condo's location can't be beat! It's right on the beach, so you can set up in the morning on the beach, go home for lunch, then back to the beach so easily. You can sit on the ocean-side deck and watch the waves and surfers, and just take in the ocean breeze. The furniture and finishes are all nice. It's on the 2nd floor but the building has an elevator, so moving in and out is easy. The kids loved the pool when the ocean was too rough. HE washer and drier in the unit are very convenient, as is the keypad lock on the door. No hassling with keys! Rodanthe is a great location, just about in the middle of OBX. We took a day trip north to Jockey's Ridge/Wright Brothers/wild horses, and on another day went south to Cape Hatteras lighthouse/Ocracoke. Nags Head and above are too developed and manicured for me. I loved driving by the dunes and the more laid-back feel of Rodanthe. The rental company refunded the deposit in about a week, and we had no issues to report to them. Unfortunately, there is one kind of major drawback: the beds. The king and the twin have those super cheap box springs -- I don't think they even have springs -- that make a LOUD crunchy/squeaky noise when you sit down, turn over or get out of bed. The mattresses seemed cheap, but they weren't really uncomfortable -- just LOUD. That was truly the only thing wrong with the whole experience. I hope the owners will upgrade the beds soon. Even with the noisy beds, I would rent again.Recommended for: Girls getaway, age 55+, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.
