  Went to Ann Arbor for our son's graduation and we could not have had a more lovely place to stay. We had family from Korea, Washington and Oregon converge and this provided a spot where we could gather, relax and enjoy the time. The photos describe the space accurately - it is nicely laid out and the mattresses got high-fives from everyone - a rare thing! We would highly recommend this space to others, and if we end up in Ann Arbor again will definitely check this out first.

  My friend and I stayed with our two sons in the condo while in Michigan and it was perfect for our needs and so much more affordable than a hotel for the week. The condo was nice, comfortable, clean, well appointed and provided us great space. We very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent again if back in the area. Only issues to be noted are that we had a problem with one of the toilets (but there were two others in the unit) and it did take a little longer than expected to have our deposit returned. Otherwise everything was great and the owner was very helpful and accomodating. Would definitely recommend the property.

  We rented the townhouse/condo for our daughter's wedding weekend and it was perfect for our family. The house was very well equipped with everything that you would need. The beds were very comfortable and the location was close to everything that we needed to attend. We hosted a small brunch on the Sunday after the wedding and the kitchen cupboards and dining area worked perfectly for the set up and the living room for visiting. We loved all the closests, cupboards, and the shelfs in the garage. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone.

  We stayed at this condo when we were in from out of state and really enjoyed ourselves. The place was really clean, nicely appointed, in a good neighborhood. We will likely try to stay here again during our next trip to the Ann Arbor area.

  Overall Impression: I just spent 10 days in Ann Arbor and this townhouse was a wonderful home away from home. First, the layout was perfect for us. My parents (who were also visiting from out of town) stayed on the ground floor in their own bedroom with their own full bath. My husband, son, and I stayed on the third floor (2 bedrooms, 1 full bath). Being separated by more than one floor was essential to being able to retreat to one's own space each night and maintain sanity! While only 5 of us stayed at the townhouse, there were 13 total (10 adults, 3 kids) for our holiday gathering. My two brothers live in tiny houses in Ann Arbor and it quickly became apparent that the biggest place to spend Christmas day together was our rental. The second floor with the living room, dining, kitchen, and ½ bath was large enough to accommodate a day of fun. And, with the help of a folding card table from a brother, dinner was easily served to all. The huge kitchen made it easy to cook Christmas dinner. We had to borrow some specialty cooking equipment from a brother (basting pan for turkey and potato ricer) but for normal cooking the kitchen was stocked with everything you could need. For anyone staying here longer than a few days, the laundry was also very nice. Located on the top floor across from the master bedroom, it was super convenient. The Neighborhood/Distance to Ann Arbor: The townhouse is located in a little bedroom development right outside of Ann Arbor. The development seemed very quiet and the townhouse we were in backed to the woods, which was both serene and beautiful to look out on. One of my brothers lives right across state street from the stadium and it never took us more than 15 minutes to get there. Of course, on game day this would be significantly different! Things to be aware of: 1. Although there are a lot of nice furnishings throughout (e.g. leather sofa and chairs in the living room) there are no dresser drawers in the bedrooms. Be prepared to use your suitcases as drawers. 2. George has a couple of different properties so make sure you have the right information for the property you’re actually renting. Our contract, for example, did not have the correct address on it and we had to confirm with George over email the actual address of the unit we were renting. Fortunately George is responsive over email or phone, but just be aware that you may need to take the initiative to confirm details.

  We stayed at this condo during the Christmas Holiday week in December and it was great! It is more spacious than it appears in the pictures; very clean and comfortable; and in an excellent location for visiting Ann Arbor, Detroit suburbs, Metro Airport, and downtown Detroit including the cultural center. Everything was in perfect working order - the coffee pot, washer and dryer, etc. We were minutes from all the downtown Ann Arbor restaurants. The owner was very responsive and easy to communicate and work with. The price is exceptionally fair. The condo community is peaceful and quiet with walking paths.

  We stayed at this townhouse when we were in town for a football game at the Big House. The hotels were pricey and hard to come by so this was a fantastic option. The townhouse was clean, spacious, and had every amenity we needed. It is a bit of a drive to the campus but otherwise I would recommend this for anyone coming to town on a busy football weekend. Also, the owner was very responsive and returned our deposit immediately and always answered emails.

  Recommended for: Families with young children.

  Owner response: This person thought drive to campus was far. Others thought the 10 minutes was fine. The distance allows for a safer location and for ample parking. Police & Fire offices are across the street.

  Highly recommend. Great alternative to the Briarwood mall area hotels. Stayed here with a group of 4 for three nights -- Michigan football game and golf weekend. This condo is located south of Ann Arbor, easy access to freeway, approx 10 min from Michigan stadium. Unit is very clean and well-maintained, modern appliances, highly functional for a family or a group of 4-6 adults.

  I stayed at this condo during a recent trip to Ann Arbor. I needed a little more flexibility than a hotel could offer and this condo definitely served my purpose. It was very comfortable with nice furniture and everything that I needed. The owner was so great to work with and was very helpful. I strongly recommend staying here.
