This ground-floor unit is fully furnished and well maintained for your comfort. Kitchen is equipped with all major appliances to include dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, blender, mixer, waffle iron, coffeemaker and grinder, and toaster.
Ground-floor, condominium unit (no stairs or elevator needed) also has wet bar and balcony. TVs with cable in bedroom, and a DVD/VCR in the family room and both bedrooms(owner provides movies!). Each bedroom has a queen-size bed and TV and separate full bath, and the living room has a queen-size sofa sleeper. Linens, iron, and all kitchen utensils are provided.
Facility offers a coin-operated laundry on the same floor.
This resort is next door to the nationally-ranked Kiva Dunes Golf Course and offers numerous on-site amenities. Perfectly situated, the Plantation is minutes away from the restaurants, shopping, and entertainment of Gulf Shores, yet you are away from the over-developed, crowded beaches of the strip. It was a perfect place for a short beach vacation. The beach and the pools were awesome. Visited in late September. Perfect weather.Room not as clean as I would have preferred. Just needs a little more TLC by the cleaning crew, but overall a great price for what you got. Any problems we did encounter were addressed by the owner ASAP. The pool guy Dennis was awesome! He told us all the non tourist places to eat. So nice. No crowds, had the pool to ourselves on most days. Will definitely return to gulf shores!

The condo is nicely decorated and very clean, the owner is great no problems at all !! The pools and beach are nice and very close to condo. We had a wonderful vacation lots to do close by.

This place is so neat and clean with a nautical theme. Thanks for the DVD and VCRs in all rooms and flat screen TV in the family room. Thee were many fantastic movies and cartoon dvds for our kids also. The beach was close and so clean. The place was being spruced up and painted too so it should be in great condition for summer 2011. We have never has such a relaxing place to vacation before ever! Thanks Mike for a great place at a really affordable price - new granite island and all new stainless appliances made us feel right at home. This condo was teh cleanest, cozyiest place we have ever stayed. We are avid beachcombers - travelling to beachs all over the US. and Mexico We had such a relaxing time and had all the comforts of home! The nautical and lighthouse theme was so nice and the staff and ammenities at the plantation are GREAT. I know of no other beach front property that is such a value for an entire week at this quality and in this price range! Thanks so much Mike - we will be back next year!!!
