This property is located in the South (Newer)Building on the six floor. It overlooks 1 of 2 pools and the ocean. BR 1 has a King bed with 32" LCD TV and DVD as well as Balcony access, BR 2 has 2 twin bed That convert to a King Bed with Mattress topper when put together. BR 3 Has queen bed All three BRs Have a Private Bathroom. The Living room is recently upgraded with a 46" LCD HDTV with Stereo and surround with Blu ray DVD, Large sectional sofa with sleeper bed. The whole unit has been freshly painted and we continue to upgrade other areas as we go. This is not your typical rental with cheap furniture and beds. Each room has a iPod dock and radio for your convenience as well.
The Kitchen Has all the stuff you have at home as well as the electric appliances skillets etc. Refrigerator has ice maker. We will continually update our summer getaway,

Wonderful condo, very well furnished, beautiful view. Vacationed with my daughter's family with two teenagers, all had their own space, I would highly recommend this to anyone. We had a wonderful week at this beautiful condo. Everything was just as we were told and it really was a great location for us. (A little south if you like being in the middle of a lot of action) The area was nice as well with plenty of good restaurants within minutes. Would love to stay here again in the future.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

I have been meaning to write a review for quite some time now and simply haven't gotten around to it. That lapse in judgement aside, I wanted everyone to know what an AMAZING property this condo is. It is pristine and gorgeously decorated. The view is out of this world, too! The neighbors were all very friendly and the clientele on the beach reflects everything postitive I wrote above. The condo is located in an area that is fun yet, not over crowded and too toursity. On tof of that, if you do want a dose of that environment, you simply have to drive a few miles down the road to North Myrtle Beach for all the action you can handle! The grocery store is within one mile (HUGE Wal-Mart Super Center) and there are restaurants nearby as well. In fact, there is a beautiful golf course within 1/2 mile for those who want to experience a game of golf while on vacation. The condo has three very large bedrooms and a huge living area. The kitchen is perfect for cooking any meal. It is fully stocked with every item needed to whip up a gourmet meal! There is a sleeper sofa in the living area and flat screen TV's as well. (Living and Master Bedroom.) The bathrooms are spacious, too. Overall, our stay was AMAZING and we would return today, if we could!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

The girls enjoy the shopping and the beach. I enjoy flying there it only takes a little over an hour and we can be on the beach from Suffolk Va.
