About the owner: First of all, let me thank you for visiting our site. Our goal is to make your stay as memorable and as good as it can get. My name is Modesto and I would like for you to experience what the town of Fajardo has to offer. From all day Catamaran Sailing to Kayaking trough our Bioluminescent Lagoon and many more outdoor activities as well as visiting interesting points throughout the island. ENJOY!!! I am retired Sergeant First Class from the US Army Reserve and currently employed By American Airlines in San Juan.
Why the Owner Chose Fajardo:
Because it is located on top of a hill giving a 360 degree view from the complex, isolated from other communities. For its very centric location where you can easily access the shopping malls, supermarkets as well as beaches, resorts and outdoor activities. It is a gated community with security 24/7. Because it is the town with the most available outdoor activities in Puerto Rico
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
This apartment is ideal for handicapped and elderly persons, (No stairs to climb), its closeness to the Swimming Pool which is across the street. Also there is a Walking/Jogging Trail around the complex where you can enjoy the views. This is generally a quiet community specially on weekdays. When you are on vacation time is essential. My apartment has an advantage that many other apartments don't,Close Parking Distance. Only few steps are required to access it.
