My friend and I brought our kids to Panama City Beach for their Spring Break.(ages 9-14) I will have to admit out of all the trips I have taken with my kids this by far was the best. The condo was the perfect location. Away from all the hustle and bustle and crazy young spring breakers but close enough that we could drive a few minutes to get to all the action. Located right on the beach made it so easy to catch some won, play in the waves and then head up to the room to enjoy lunch on the balcony. The condo was spotless and decorated with the cutest decor. They provided everything you could possibly imagine needing. We had all of our kitchen needs, laundry needs, and several beach chairs, beach toys, boogie boards as well as a small cooler. Having access to the washer and dryer was also a huge plus. I loved being able to take home clean laundry. Cindy also put together a locals guide that helped find some great restaurants and things to do. All in all the stay was wonderful and the weather was perfect. Not only am I anticipating my next visit to PCB but also staying at Gaines & Cindy's condo again.

Another enjoyable stay at Mariner East

Three of us stayed 4 nights during Spring Break, and this one bedroom condo is roomy and has two bathrooms, so that helps a lot. It has new living room furniture, and is tastefully decorated. We like the Mariner because it is not a high rise condominium. There is no fighting over the pool, and the pool has a deep end, where many of the newer condominiums complexes have just 4' pools. This condo has most everything you need in the kitchen. There are a few DVD's in the entertainment center too. This is a nice unit, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Relaxing Atmosphere

The property was clean and furnished with all our needs. We had a great time with a very relaxing atmosphere. The pool and patio area are in great shape, clean and well maintained. The view was perfect. We enjoyed dining at Uncle Ernie's as recommended by the owners. We will definitely recommend this property to friends and relatives and can't wait to book this property again.

We had a great week at the beach. Condo was very clean and had everything needed. The Mariner East is my favorite vacation spot. No high rise condos and waiting for elevators and chairs by the pool for me! Owners were very friendly and helpful. Thanks Cindy and Gaines for sharing your home away from home.

Wonderful! This condo was wonderful! Very nice, very clean. The beds were very comfortable. Beach was only steps away. Pool was very nice. This condo even had beach chair, beach towels, beach cooler all for our use. Owners are very nice. I can't wait to stay here again!

We stayed at this fabulous condo for a girls' getaway weekend. We had the best time!! The condo was super clean and well maintained! We never had to fight for a beach spot and the owners even supplied beach chairs, towels, cooler and an umbrella. It was so wonderful to not have to pack all that extra stuff. The kitchen was well stocked and we did not need anything that was not already supplied! It is obvious the owners take great care in this condo and you will not make a mistake staying here. SO WONDERFUL!

Dream Spring Break Week!

I would highly recommend this condo! It was fabulous! It is a smaller, family oriented complex that was very quiet and away from all the touristy, teenager spring breakers. The pool was nice and warm and very well maintainted. The beach was beautiful, and the use of the condo's towels, sand toys, chairs, and coolers was very appreciated! The kitchen was well equipped, and we had our own private grill on our balcony which was very nice---we ate breakfast and dinner on the balcony nearly every day overlooked the ocean waves! We enjoyed watching a few movies that were provided also. The property was nicer than photos represent and it is well equipped with modern furnishings, and is extremely clean as well! The washer and dryer was a nice amenity, I barely brought home any dirty laundry! My family really wanted for nothing at all, and I would absolutely return to this condo! It is obvious that the owners have taken great pride in providing a lovely property! Don't hesitate to choose this one!

Great Anniversary Get Away

My wife and I spent a wonderful 4 day Labor day week end to celebrate our 41st Anniversary. The condo was clean, comfortable, and well supplied (even had beach towels, chairs, and small umbrella). The view from balcony is great. The smaller number of units in this condo means less crowded pool and beach compared to the larger condos we have stayed in before. Owner was helpful and greate to work with. They have taken pride in maintaining the condo and trying to make it ready for an enjoyable stay. We will definitely go again when possible.

The condo was very clean and well kept... Everything worked and the kitchen was very well stocked. The beaches and the water were clean.. I really liked the chairs on the deck - they were very comfortable and that is where we spent our evenings. The grill on the deck was nice also.. Everything was great... Thanks again...

Great condo in a great location, my husband and I had a wonderful time! Very clean, roomy condo-even better than the pictures. The beach guide the owners put together with maps and activity/attraction recommendations was an added bonus! We especially enjoyed the 1/2 mile walk down the beach to our favorite "local" restaurant Schooners!

We have just finished an enjoyable month of February at Mariner East. While the weather could have been warmer the stay was great. The unit was large and bright. The complex had activities most days of the week. We would highly recommend this unit and condo complex to anyone.

This is, by far, the best condo on the beach!!! You don't have to fight for "beach space" b/c its on the quiet end and the decor and interior upgrades are top notch!!! I would recommend this to anyone looking for a GREAT place to stay at a price thats even better!
