This first floor villa is located only a block and a half from the beach and perfect for a couple or family. Van der Meer tennis center is our "next door" neighbor. Public tennis courts are a short walk away, too. The villa is conveniently located within walking distance of all the restaurants, shops, new Coligny Beach Park and entertainment at Coligny Circle. Sea Pines is a short bike ride away.
The condo is completely furnished with cable TV and DVD in the living area plus cable TV in master bedroom. Internet access is provided in the villa, too. The master bedroom has a queen bed. The master also has an electric fireplace to add charm and coziness for our winter guests. There is a double bed in the second bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
The Forest Garden complex is attractively landscaped and has an on-site pool with restrooms and showers.
NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Must be 25 years of age or older to book...or married couples.

About the owner: Atlanta is a great place to live...but no beach! We have made that 5-hour drive from Atlanta to Hilton Head to vacation for quite a few years. Approaching retirement, we decided to buy our own "little bit of paradise" - as they say! We hope to spend many happy days there with our own children and grandchildren. We hope you enjoy it, too!
Why the Owner Chose Forest Gardens:
We like being close to Coligny Circle and the shops, restaurants, etc. that are there. It is the "Main Street" of Hilton Head!
