  My family (3 kids, wife and I) stayed for 9 days at this lovely property. The photos don't do it justice. It is fully walled in and secure feeling, well maintained and clean. The house is just a few minutes into town and about 10 minute to the beaches. We rented a car so we could move about freely from the house to the cenotes, beach and stores. In the yard is a great pool that the kids pretty much lived in when we weren't at the beach. The kitchen is fairly well supplied with utensils, pots and pans and we ended up cooking about half of our meals there. My only issue with the house is that the small bedroom on the 3rd floor really could use some ventilation or a small ac unit. It was pretty stuffy and warm even at nigh even with a ceiling fan.Besides that I have no complaints. Philipe, one of the owners, met us upon arrival, to give us the keys and was very attentive to our needs. I would and have recommended this house.

  Stayed 10 days. This place has a lot of really nice attributes: pool, rooftop, space, botanicals etc.. However there are a lot of issues I must share. For one the kitchen needs a few days off and a deep cleaning. The kitchen also needs to be inventoried for the lack of simple staple mates: vegetable peeler, working coffee maker, blender (Mexico!), a knife with an edge etc. Plumbing in Mexico is notorious for problemos, and this house is no different. In fact, it's a disaster, the water pressure in the showers is a lazy trickle at most. The mid floor shower did not work at all and the sink was a trickle. The mid floor toilet stopped working mid stay. The kitchen sink was bent in half and wobbly. There was also drain odors abound. The house has it's boasting points and is quite beautiful. However I feel these plumbing and attention to detail deficiencies need to be addressed before charging future vacationers premium rates.

The house has been a vacation rental for about 2 years now and not living in the house ourselves be normally try to keep up with the maintenance of the house on a regular bases by asking our guests to leave us their suggestions during if not after their visit as it is the only way we will ever know where attention is needed. I apologize that we did not catch those details before your stay. It is not always easy to do certain repairs while guests are staying in the house but we do always ask when something is urgent and require immediate attention. New coffee machine has been provided after you left and you are right that it may be nice to have a blender, although it did not occur to us to keep one before:) Other items have been maintained or repaired as well. We do not take our guests'comments lightly and we will try even harder to check all the detail around the house more carefully. Thank you again for taking the time to send us your concerns.

  This house is AWESOME! The pictures of the house on VRBO are so lovely but they actually do not do justice to the breathtaking nature of this house. High ceilings and such tasteful decor, create such a special atmosphere down in the lovely area of Tulum. My partner and I had such a relaxing, peaceful break from our regular lives here. The pool was very clean, and very beautiful, especially at night with the full sky of stars above your head. The tall walls around the property make it extremely private, so you can just walk around as you like! If it gets a tad warm, just take a quick dip in your own private pool. It's great to come in after a day on the beach, which is just a 10 minute scooter ride away (the beach is very close, but you can only go so fast on a scooter :) . Casa Blanca is so romantic, we even got engaged here! Thanks to Felipe for all the hospitality and help. We miss it already! And of course we will always remember our week here. Thanks so much!!!

  Absolutely beautiful guest house! Every detail is beautifully designed down to the landscaping. The owner far exceeded expectations making me feel welcome and comfortable. Highly recommend for your next stay in beautiful Tulum.

  We had a wonderful wonderful time, the house was absolutely incredible. We stayed at the house for 5 nights (3 girls in their late twenties). Not only was the house gorgeous, prestine, and well stocked with everything we could need, Jiri was especially helpful with everything. Tulum remains my favorite place to vacation. Next time I visit Tulum, I would not stay anywhere else. Thank you for everything!

  Hi Jiri, I stayed in your lovely house the end of March with Barbara. It was fun photographing the interior. I am a wedding photographer in Newport so of course I got some real nice shots of Tulum and your beautiful space. We had a fabulous time in Tulum and were happy that we stayed close to the Mexican people rather than the beach. Although that was so spectacular also.   We enjoyed our stay at your house in Tulum. The best part was the roof top patio - great for watching sunrises, sunsets and drinking margaritas. We look forward to returning again someday.

  Casa Blanca is the perfect house to enjoy your vacation in the Maya Riviera. We stayed from July 4-14th 2010. The house is better than the pictures depict. The large full size kitchen was perfect to prepare the food we purchased at the local markets. The pool was great and very refreshing after a long day at the beach, take the leap from the 2nd story into the pool!! Jiri was wonderful in picking us up and giving us a ride back to the bus station. We will be back!

  We stayed for three night in the fantastic in the house. And it was really a dream. We had a great time, we loved the house so much. It's a really great place to be. And the beautiful beach is not to far away and easy to get there.
