My wife and our daughter (a tennis playing teen), along with myself have been coming to Vancouver almost every summer over the past 5+ years (staying for 1+ weeks at a time) for vacationing and for tennis tournaments. We’ve always stayed at this condo (when it’s available). It’s a very well decorated, clean, and equipped condo in a great location. The owner is organized and helpful and we’ve never had any issues staying at this place. It’s also very easy to book (from payments, gaining access to the place, and checking out). Thank you very much, Joy, for the use of your condo. The city and your accommodation have made Vancouver my favourite vacationing spot!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with young children, adventure seekers, age 55+.

Both my husband and I have stayed at this Condo 3 times in the past 2 years and are again booked here for this summer. It is a very clean, quiet, convenient and comfortable condo. Joy, the owner is an exceptional lady who is very friendly and accommodating. She keeps detergents, dish washing soap, laundry soap, shampoo, essential kitchen things like spices, sugar, coffee filters, tea bags and this comes very handy when you first arrive. Location is excellent, across from the Stanley Park with beautiful views and very close to restaurants, grocery stores, public transport etc. Washer and dryer in the condo is so handy!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, age 55+.

Window coverings do not shield from the light. The television is old tube style. The unit is very close to a major boulevard with heavy traffic and noise. Air conditioner is loud and a portable unit taking up much needed floor space. I would not stay there again.Owner response: Our condo is a North East facing corner unit with floor to ceiling windows giving the unit a bright spacious feeling. The window coverings are standard vertical blinds which cannot be changed to keep the exterior look of the building uniform. While our tv is "old style" we offer full cable and other items at no extra cost such as: wifi, private phone number, hydro, secured underground parking, insuite washer/dryer, final cleaning, and no taxes. Vancouver is a major city and we are located in the heart of the westend. Step out our door and walk to Stanley Park, shops, restaurants, grocery stores. The hustle and bustle of our vibrant city is all around. Again the building has standard double glazed windows; while not sound proof they muffle sounds. The units in the building are not air conditioned so for the comfort of our guests we provide a portable air conditioner during the summer months. It is removed during the cooler months. We have been renting our condo for over 10 years without any complaints. We appreciate all the repeat and new travellers that stay with us. Our wish is that all our guests have an enjoyable stay while in Vancouver. Thank you and happy travels. Joy

We (husband, 5 year old, and 3 year old) stayed here August of 2010. This is a great location. It is a few blocks from downtown but with our bus passes (cheap at Safeway located a block away) we zipped up and down the town with ease. It was right across the street from an amazing 5,000 acre public park. There were tons of free things to do. Great concierge that knew everything about Vancouver. We bought $150 worth of groceries which lasted us an entire week. The condo was clean, quiet, and plenty of room for a small family. The table sat four and the washer and dryer were very handy. Joy left us some detergent and coffee filters which was great. Our trip was affordable and wonderful. There is no pool here but you can walk down a path and reach the beach with a public pool or take a 10 min bus ride to the kid's water park on Granville. I loved it here and can't wait to come back! Thanks again Joy!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Just wanted to say "THANKS' for the use of the apartment and "THANKS" for all the little things in particular, thanks for having dish soap, paper towels, coffee filters, etc on hand...It is so nice when flying and only staying in an apartment like yours for a few days...to not have to go out and purchase such items for a short stay. I had a very productive meeting and truly enjoyed Vancouver...what a vibrant...community in a beautiful city. Thanks again for making my latest trip to Canada a memorable one!!!!!Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

Once again we have had a wonderful visit in Vancouver. The weather was gorgeous and we were most comfortable in your condo. We did a great deal of walking, especially in Stanley Park. We walked the Lost Lagoon Trail each evening and enjoyed the birds AND the dozens of raccoon who were out and about. Thanks for your hospitality and best wishes for a lovely Autumn season.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0
