Welcome to our home in Baypine Cottages. We are located in a quaint and quiet neighborhood with an ideal location within the Sandestin Resort. You can drive, bike or walk to the beach or enjoy an easy stroll to the pedestrian Village of Baytowne Wharf or the new Grand Boulevard Mall. Both areas offer a plethora of unique retail stores and restaurants. A large neighborhood pool is just a half a block away. Play areas for the children are close by at Jolee Island or the Village.
Our home has two master bedrooms with KING beds and private baths. The upstairs master has a large deck with views of Jolee Island, the marshland and the marina; a great place for morning coffee and afternoon beverage or just bird watching. The third bedroom has a QUEEN bed. All bedrooms have TV's and DVD or VCR players. There is ample closet space throughout.
We have a fully equipped kitchen that adjoins the living room and a separate dining room. The living room has a large screen HD TV with digital service, DVR and modem or wireless for your convenience. The dining room and first floor master open onto a large screened in porch, our favorite place for diner complete with sunset.
As we neared the end of our working days we decided to visit many locations before deciding where to spend much of our hard earned retirement. The first, last and only place we visited was Sandestin. Now it is our home away from home. We are happy to share this special place with you. Please respect and appreciate it.

We loved the house and Destin. This house is perfectly situated - we rented bikes from a local shop and could be on the beach in 5 minutes or at the Sandestin Marina in 1 minute. The house was very nice, fully stocked and was exactly as advertised. The pool down the street is very close and is available as a guest of this house. We had an incredible Destin vacation this year, and this Bay Pines Cottage worked out great for us.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We were thrilled with our stay in this charming house on Baypine Dr. The house is newly decorated with hardwood floors and granite countertops, tastefully furnished and the kitchen in well supplied for cooking and entertaining. Everything we could reasonably ask for was provided. The view onto wetlands, with the marina in the distance, is peaceful and picturesque. The photos provided with the listing were accurate, the property was clean and well-maintained and I would not hesitate in recommending this rental to friends and family. We thoroughly enjoyed our month in Sandestin, in large part due to our stay in this lovely home.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
