Just as described!!!
Just as described!!!
We brought my nephew to Park City for his graduation present, This condo was the perfect size for 3 adults and still would be just fine for 2 couples as long as you don't mind sharing one bathroom. This property is just as decribed and the pictures are accurate and true. The location was great...walked up a couple flights of steps the Quitin Time run, stapped in and boarded down to the town lift. Came back on the same run for a easy walk down the steps to the condo. The town (old town) was a couple blocks down hill and easy to get to as long as you don't mind stairs...they are easy shallow steps and if you are even remotely in shape shouldn't be any issue. The location of the condo to the town shops and restaurants was wonderful! We had never visited Park City and were unsure if we should stay near Park City Resort or Old Town...we definitely made the right choice! If we would have stayed near the main lodge it would have been about a 10-15 minute walk just to get where everything is. I was surprised at the small things Mike supplies for comfort and ease...you don't need to worry about bringing a hair dryer, shampoo or soap as he supplied them all! The kitchen is well stocked and has hot tea and other small things like spices. We always rent on VRBO when we go anywhere and this is the first condo where we didn't have to ration towels! They have extra towels and linens in the master bedroom if you need them! There was never a shortage of anything! Mike was prompt with his responses and even answered his phone right away when we locked ourselves out by entering the incorrect code to many times...oops! He offered to provide discount tickets and shuttle service for us but we decided to rent a car instead and Costco has a great discount lift ticket offer so we decided to go that route. Our trip was awesome in part due to this awesome condo! Thanks Mike!

My husband and I stayed with another couple at Mike and Dana's beautiful condo for a 4 day ski trip. As other reviewers have noted, the condo is in really great condition and is very well maintained! There are 2 levels -- the lower level has an updated kitchen with granite counters and everything you need to prepare a meal, as well as a dining room table and cozy living room area with a large flat screen tv and gas fireplace, and the second level boasts two spacious bedrooms and the bathroom. I was worried about two couples sharing one bathroom, but it turned out not to be an issue at all, and it's very helpful that there's a door separating the sink from the shower/toilet. Depending on the demographics of the guests, it may be a little tight for more than 4 people to share the bathroom. Mike was great to work with -- he was very responsive and even offered to go to Costco for us to pick up discounted lift tickets! We also really enjoyed the extra touches, such as the chocolates left on the pillows when we arrived, as well as the shampoo/conditioner, body lotion, blow dryer, etc. that they provided to make you feel at home. The location is absolutely superb as well -- it is incredibly close to Main Street and all the great restaurants and shops there! We loved our time in Park City and would definitely recommend this condo!

Heart of Park City
Heart of Park City
This condo has everything you need! First off, the location is perfect. Two blocks (down steps) to Main Street, where you’ll find great shops, restaurants, and bars. One block (up steps) to the closest ski / snowboard run. 40 minutes from Salt Lake City. Under an hour to many different ski resorts. Secondly, the condo is in great condition. It has two large bedrooms (upstairs), a full kitchen, a nice living room (with electric fireplace), a parking spot (if needed), in-unit laundry, and a ski / snowboard drying rack in the entry way. Everything is clean and neat. The coffee maker broke during our stay (which was not a big deal). Nevertheless, Mike and Dana delivered a brand new one just hours later. Amazing! A few hints. A car is not required. Most spots are within walking distance, and Park City has a reliable, free transit system. However, if you do plan to rent a car, and snow is forecasted during your stay, I recommend a larger, four wheel drive vehicle. I rented a small sedan. During the final day of my stay, it showed roughly a foot. It was difficult to navigate some of the off-Main streets (Park, Woodside, etc) with my vehicle. Also, plan your resort visits and buy lift tickets online ahead of time. You can save 20-30%, which quickly adds up if you’re skiing / snowboarding multiple days. I would definitely stay here again!

We have been coming to PCMR for probably 10 years, and this is one of the nicest places we have stayed. Very nice, comfy furniture to relax in, and a nice LCD TV to watch TV in evening. Great location to ski, and to walk down to Main street for dinner or shopping. Just an all-around great place.

Great location & great price
Great location & great price
Two couples stayed here in February and loved it! The ski-in/ski-out was as advertised - very easy to get to on foot, and the walk into town was even shorter. The place is nicely furnished with everything we wanted. There were even some spices and condiments in the kitchen for our use. Both bedrooms are upstairs and spacious. We didn't try the sofa-bed. The owner was very responsive and helpful. We'd stay here again if in the area.
