An exceptional security-gated community about 10 minutes from SW Florida International Airport. You are surrounded by plenty of shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Only 15 minutes from Ft. Myers Beach, 20 minutes from Sanibel and Captiva Islands. Minnesota Twins and Boston Red Socks spring training facilities are minutes away.
HIGHLIGHTS:
Be one of our first visitors! Our condo has never been rented and we are looking forward to sharing our home with you.
Our home offers a safe and fantastic view of the lake and several fairways from the 3rd floor, with the elevator just steps away from the front door. We have everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay.
The condo is two bedrooms and has been decorated for beautiful warmth and comfort during your stay.
KITCHEN/DINING HIGHLIGHTS:
The kitchen is fully equipped for "at home" convenience, including dishwasher, smooth range top, ice/water dispenser, coffee maker, blender, toaster oven, cookware, bake ware as well as a washer and dryer.
Our dining table can be expanded to seat 8 adults comfortably and features surround sound for entertaining.
LIVING ROOM HIGHLIGHTS:
Warm, beautiful and comfortable couch and three accent chairs allow versatility for watching TV or talking with family or guests. There is a DVD/CD player as well.
MASTER BEDROOM HIGHLIGHTS:
The master bedroom has a new king sized bed (not shown in picture!), TV, two large walk-in closets, master bath with two sinks, linen closet, and large walk-in shower. Large bedroom window overlooks the lake and golf course.
GUEST BEDROOM HIGHLIGHTS:
The guest bedroom has a huge advantage by offering a beautiful and comfortable Queen-sized murphy bed that easily closes when not in use AND built-in office for your computer and paperwork. The built-in desk (pictured above) allows you to stay in touch or work without all of the clutter in the main living area. The guest bathroom with shower/tub is just steps away.
LANAI HIGHLIGHTS:
There are four chairs and a table for enjoying your morning coffee or evening beverage while overlooking the lake and golf course.
Guests of the Legends also enjoy the 25,000 square foot clubhouse, which features an award winning 18 hold, par 72 championship golf course with pro shop. There are six soft-surfaced tennis courts with lights, fitness center with sauna and lockers, and monthly fitness schedule. Resort style swimming pool at the club as well as within the condo complex. And a restaurant that serves up their famous Sunday Brunches! Make friends through several planned activities - bridge, rummikub, knitters & crafters, bocce ball, book club, etc.
This condo includes an optional Golf Membership. For a $250 transfer fee, you can golf for cart fee only.

We have had the BEST Florida Legends stay ever in the last 5 years! Christine and Dan's beautiful condo is immaculate, beautifully decorated, spacious, and well stocked in every way. The view from their 3rd floor condo is spectacular...we look out onto 2 tee boxes/greens and a lake with amazing wildlife, birds, turtles, fish, etc. The evening sunsets on the lanai are breathtaking! It is one of the most enjoyable and relaxing vacation places we have ever rented. The state of the art fitness center, 6-8 daily "free" activities/classes, library, fabulous clubhouse, dining room, bar/grill, 24/7 Happy Hour prices, and numerous dining options (the food is delicious!) are wonderful! The amazing golf course is one of the BEST in the entire area. The walking/biking path is probably the most extensive and beautifully landscaped we have seen. The condo was very comfortable and accessible to many restaurants, shopping centers, beaches, and the airport (10 minutes away!) What more could you ask for......only the best owners to rent from!! Christine and Dan were always concerned about US having a great time and they were very easily accessible for any thing we may have needed. Every single person we have met here has been outgoing, friendly, and very welcoming. We have enjoyed our new 'friends' and plan on sharing many more great memories with all of them! It has been a wonderful vacation-get-a-way. We will certainly be returning to this condo again!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

About the owner: My husband and I grew up (and reside) in Michigan. We both love vacationing in the warm sun of Florida, specifically the Fort Myers/Sanibel area. We have three children who also cherish the surroundings of Fort Myers. After years of vacationing in the area, we decided Fort Myers was the perfect place to purchase a second home. We spent months researching communities within Fort Myers and it became evident that The Legends had it all. We love all of the activities available and the convenience of the club house. The Legends is beautifully maintained, safe and is a resort destination. It is 10 minutes from the airport and there are several shops, entertainment options close by. Fort Myers Beach/Sanibel & Captiva Islands are within 20 minutes and offer additional excursions for the beach and nature lover!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Morning coffee on the lanai overlooking the lake, palm trees and fairways is absolutely beautiful. And walks on the paths are a great way to exercise and enjoy the surroundings. We enjoy all of the options we have every day to enjoy the weather, friends and each other. You can not replace the relationships you make with friends and all of the memories created. The club house is amazing and a center-point of the community. We have a pool by the condo and the resort style pool at the club house. There are so many options available and we can try something new or continue with our interests.
