  The listing was very accurate as to the location of the Villa and grounds and also inside the Villa. Our family had a wonderful vacation at the Villa. We had eight in our family that ranged from an 8 mos. old to a 69 year old. There was something for every one. The Villa was wonderful, clean, neat, well appointed, and well stocked with essentials. A good sized eating area. It was great to have the BBQs so close. The grounds and the pools were beautifully kept. The Koi pools were wonderful. The lagoons were lovely, and swimming with the turtles in the one lagoon was great fun. It was great having a washer and dryer right in the villa . The owner was very helpful as to shopping, amenities, restaurants, the Fia Fia Luau (it was a great show and a great meal). We also went to the North Shore and to Waikiki for a day. Ko Olina is so close to a lot of attractions. I have already recommended this Villa to a couple of friends and will tell more when I can. Thank you for a great vacations.

  We had a great time staying at this villa. The location at Ko Olina was perfect,close enough to go sight seeing but far enough away to have peace. It was even better supplied than claimed. We spent a lot of time just snorkeling around the lagoon. We ventured out to find the turtles and to attend the Fia Fia. We followed our owners advice and had dinner at Roy's, which was wonderful. The owner provided great information as to local grocery stores and other amenities. The week went way too fast. We had 3 teenagers and 2 in their twenties and we all had a great time. We would love to go back!

  Our family had a wonderful stay in August of this year. This villa has all it promises and more! The owners very hospitable and have considered all the needs of their renters. We had 6 stay in the villa ages ranging 7 to 72 and everyone was comfortable. The beds were very comfortable and every morning was a joy on the lanai. The kids loved the pool, toys and calm lagoons. We took daily trips for sightseeing without any issues. We found this was much more comfortable than staying in a hotel. If you are looking for a relaxing place in paradise, this is the place for you.

  Our long anticipated Hawaiian vacation did not disappoint! This villa is wonderful. Everything described and more...The location of this villa in the Beach Tower is one I would highly recommend. My favorite being the lanai that stretched across the entire living room area...we had that open all the time! The sights and sounds of the lagoon pool and the ocean were just amazing. The villa lay out was perfect for my family. So glad we stayed here instead of the Aulani or the Beach Club. No crowds!! The kids had the pools almost to themselves. Relaxing for the parents. Really, the grounds, pools, and lagoon were picture perfect. Sarah was so easy to work with, and always just a email, call, or text away. I would and have recommended this place to family and friends. Stores are so close too. We did almost all of our eating in. We wanted to enjoy the villa instead of going out to eat! Fantastic!

  We have been to the islands of Hawaii many times, but this was our first time visiting Ko Olina. We are a family of four (kids 5 1/2, 3) and were traveling with another family. We stayed a couple nights in Waikiki which was enough to get the "Waikiki experience" and then were able to relax and enjoy our vacation in Ko Olina. We were tempted to stay at the new Disney Aulani, but am very glad we decided to stay at the Beach Villas. The unit itself is extremely well laid out and has top end finishes and appliances. Each bedroom had a large screen TV which our kids thought was really cool. There was plenty of sand toys, boogie boards, floatation devices, and even snorkel gear! Our kids were thoroughly well equipped when heading to the pool and beach. The pocket doors leading out to the lanai creates a great open viewing area of the pool and ocean. We visited the Aulani and actually preferred the amenities at the Beach Villas more. The pools were just as nice if not nicer and much less crowded (as well as the beach). We are the type that likes to have drinks and snacks on hand and even cook a bit (but not too much) while on vacation. This is not possible if staying in a hotel. I would recommend this unit to anyone thinking about visiting Oahu. Another perk of Ko Olina is that it is sunnier and warmer than other parts of the island. We had a great time and look forward to returning in the future.

  This place is absolutely the best place you can spend your holiday! We have four active boys and they enjoyed the pool, beach and apt. with us. The property was even better than the pictures shown! Great service from Sarah and staff.

  My Husband, 2 kids ages 3 & 5 and my parents stayed here last November and the place was more than we expected. Lots of privacy if your going with another couple/family the layout of the unit is perfect. Is equipped with anything you would need (including a blender for those slushy drinks) My parents are going back again in a couple of months and we hope to go again soon ourselves and will definitely stay at this unit again. Sarah was really easy to deal with. She gave us lots of ideas of where to go for a luau, shopping etc. We felt completely at home. The kids loved the lagoon pools and hottubs and the beach is just steps away and is stunning and I never felt crowded at the beach. The beach is in a lagoon area so again great for kids to swim. My husband even went snorkeling and saw some turtles. I loved that you over looked the pools was great to communicate with whomever was in the unit. In the evening they light up the whole area with tiki torches and just adds to the atmosphere as your sitting on your balcony in the evening. If your looking for a place to stay at the Koalina Beach Villas I would say you found it!!

  This place is absolutely stunning! From the second we pulled up we knew we picked the right place to stay. From the moment we walked in the hospitality was amazing and upon entering our room we were completely blown away from the quality of the unit to the beautiful views. The layout was perfect! The Master bedroom was spacious which included your own master suite bathroom with a soaker tub. The other two bedrooms which each have their own bathroom were separated by a gourmet kitchen and living room. They have truly paid attention to detail and I can assure you expect the best! The balcony opened up into the kitchen and you truly had a great relaxing area to hang out when you're not at the beach or pool. You have full views of the lagoon pools which we loved as I could talk to my husband while he was down swimming with the kids. This place didn't lack anything. I felt truly at home and didn't want to leave. You're right on the beach, short walk to restaurants along the boardwalk. Close to Waikiki, 20 minutes from the airport and 5-10 minutes to shopping. If you want a truly memorable and relaxing vacation then I'd highly recommend this place. We are going back this fall and can't wait!

  Myself husband and my parents stayed here for 10 nights in February We had an absolutely amazing time. The condo is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need from cooking in the high end kitchen to laundry, as well each bedroom is equipped with its own T.V. and bathroom. The location is excellent and walk way around the lagoons is enjoyable or even just sitting out on the deck with the units glass doors open it feels as if you are outside when you are in .The pools gym etc.. are beautiful. We absolutely loved staying here and felt it was a true paradise and will definitely return one day!!
