We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation in Cape Coral in this beautiful home. The owners were very helpful about explaining everything about the home and wonderful to deal with. The home was very clean and comfortable. My husband and I prefer quiet, relaxing vacations where we can "recharge" our batteries. This was the perfect home in which to do just that. There is much to do in Cape Coral and everything is fairly close. We like to hike and walk and there are several very nice parks in the area. This is a great place for a couple or a family; it certainly can accomodate 6-8 people. Thank you Kim & Gary for your hospitality and for the use of your beautiful Cape Coral home!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, sightseeing.

Awesome house. Woke up each morning, opened the house and let the sea breeze in. Way better than snow. Great place for family trip. The house was close to my brother's and it handled family dinners and a shrimp boil on the patio. The master suite allowed for some quiet time away from main rooms in the house. The neighborhood was quiet except for some nearby home construction - which is a good thing in this economy. We loved the kayaks that were provided and explored the canals and nearby mangroves. Hot tub fit 4 well and the pool was a little chilly in December but good size. We spent New Year's Eve at nearby Cape Harbour and watched the ball drop and fireworks. Local grocery is just a few miles away. Everything was well labeled so no guessing on which switch controlled what. Owners were very responsive to questions and reservation was easy. House was clean and everything was provided for a week long home away from home. We would definitely go back assuming the boss will let me have time off.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway.

I travel for work and preferr to stay at a home rather than a hotel and this was perfect. It was located on a canal with access to the ocean. I was able to get some fishing on the canal out back, friends brought their boat in and it was easy to get around and there are local restaurants located on water near by. Restaurants and food stores were within a mile or so. I stayed for 7 weeks and had my family visit on the weekends. Everything the posting states is true, and I will definity stay here again next year, when I have to come back. The owner was good to work. No complaints here !! Very satisifiedRecommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children.

What a great property!! This canal front home is gorgeous, well maintained and clean. The pool is just awesome in the lanai. You can relax in the pool and watch boats go by in the canal or watch TV thru the french doors. The neighborhood is quiet and relaxing around the house is easy. There are great bars and restaurants near by and its a short drive to Ft. Meyers Beach if you want the beach atmosphere. The owners are very nice and good to work with. We will definitely be back and would recommend this property to anyone.Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We rented this house with 2 others couples and had a great week in Cape Coral. The owners were friendly and great to work with. The house was clean and well maintained. The kitchen was equipped so we could make our own meals without having to go out to eat all the time. We had great weather and spent a lot of our time by the pool relaxing which made our vacation feel like a vacation. We would recommend this house to others and would not hesitate renting it again. This beautifully landscaped house is located in a quiet, secure neighborhood and is convenient to a major road for easy transportation to Sanibel Island, Fort Myers Beach, and within an hour or so of many cites. The interior is a very well kept, bright and sunny 3 bedroom vacation home on a channel,The property features a split bedroom situation which is ideal for families who would like some breathing room from the kids. There is a family room with a wall mounted TV convenient to the kitchen, dining area, and pool. The formal dining room is great for the adults and features a wet bar and patio doors to the pool area. the kitchen has all the right things to make dining in convenient and enjoyable. The pool is also accessible from the Naster Bedroom and has it's own half bath, a hot tub, and a gas grill. The master bedroom suite is great! The Master Bathroom features double sinks and a huge walk in closet. As you can see, we really liked this place and you will, too.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

Thank you, Kim, so much for giving us the opportunity to enjoy this beautiful home. The house was immaculate and beautiful. It had all the modern conveniences one could imagine and it made dinner for our family of five easy to prepare and clean up after (which meant instead of spending a lot of time cleaning up after four boys, I was able to relax and enjoy our vacation) There were plenty of clean towels, linens, and pillows. It really felt homey. The pool was definitely our favorite part. It was very clean and the perfect temperature. We also enjoyed the many area beaches. (Ft. Myer's, Sanibel, Cayo Costa) The weather was fabulous and Cape Coral is a very nice area with very friendly people. I will miss the southern hospitality. I would recommend this property to everyone. This home was a lovely part of our ten day vacation and our family will remember this place we called paradise forever. I look forward to enjoying it again next year.
