A non smoking/no pets, two bedroom, two bath, Passage Point Mountain Lodge condo makes your vacation effortless. Master Suite has King size bed, cable tv and private bath w/tub and walk-in shower. Second Bedroom has twin beds and an adjacent full bath. Living room includes a pull out queen sofa to provide more sleeping options. There is an extra posture pedic cover for the sofa sleeper. After an active day on the mountain, you can relax on the deck overlooking the Copper Mountain/Ten Mile Creek and Vail Pass. Underground Parking, ATM, laundry room are in the building. There is even a conference room that can be booked with copper mountain for any business needs.
Or enjoy one of the two hot tubs each with different temperatures to suite your needs. There is also a pool for the kids to swim and play right next to the hot tubs. The fitness room with new lifecycle equipment even overlooks the mountains! Our new condo is beautifully furnished in the arts and crafts style. Everything is furnished! We have a fully stocked kitchen with a blender, coffee machine (even though Belgium Bean is right out side our building), coffee grinder, tea pot, all the pots/pans you could need, utensils, etc.

This condo was true to what was represented on the web site. It was very clean, and everything was in working order. The kitchen was well appointed and allowed us to cook most of our meals in the condo. Our three older kids had plenty of room for all their clothes and gear. They also had their own bathroom which was really nice. It also helped that a humidifier was provided for our use. It had a large flat screen TV in the living room and another medium sized one in the bedroom which was great for evenings we didn't go out. It was close to everything and a very short walk to the slopes. The outdoor hot tub in the facility was amazing after a long day of skiing. The underground parking that was included was also a bonus considering it snowed half the days we were there! The ski locker use that was included was very convenient as we did not have to drag our skis up to the condo after every day. We did have to take my son's snowboard up as it would not fit. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone who is considering a Copper Mountain vacation.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

Our rental was everything that was promised, and then some. Two full baths was a big help in getting everyone ready to go in the mornings. We did some sight-seeing as well as ski, so getting into a warm car in the heated garage was especially nice. This was our first experience with VRBO and our renter made it a great one. Can't say enough good things about this property and our overall experience.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

We had a wonderful time during our 3 night stay. The condo is perfectly located in the Center Village with easy access to everything. It's the perfect layout for our family of four.The owners were very communicative and accommodating. The whole family loved the hot tubs!! We would definitely stay here again!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children.

This place was a wonderful place to stay. The owner was very good with communication, and everything was as described. We had a great view as well. Condo was very clean, Kitchen had everything needed to make meals. I felt home away from home. Everything was centrally located. Kids enjoyed the Skiing and Tubing, and when back at the condo, the toys and TV. When we needed to get to other parts of Copper (East/West), the busses were very quick, with little wait time at all. (We never waited more than a few minutes) The underground garage parking was nice, but completely unnecessary for us, because everything we needed was right there. As far as activities at Copper Mtn...besides the skiing, tubing was a great time. Critterland was fun for our littlest child (2 1/2). Ski school was great for our 4 year old. They seem to have a great program for the little ones. The coffee shop is literally steps away from the condo. They have great pastries. They say they speciallize in waffles, but I am not a waffle person, so I did not have one. I would absolutely recommend to a friend. I really couldn't ask for more.Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

We fell in love immediately. Warm, friendly people and an inviting village that is pedestrian only allows kids to run around without worries. Glad the condo worked out as we have strived to make it a place people want to come back to year after year. We want it to feel like a home away from home.

Our stay was short but wonderful. Only a short few steps to the lift. Nice coffee shop right out the front door. The condo owner was very helpful. I look forward to visiting again.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children.

About the owner: My wife and I moved to Colorado in 1993. We moved away briefly but realized our hearts belonged in the Rocky Mountains and we moved back in 1999. We always wanted to have a place in the mountains for our kids to enjoy. We hope that all the hiking, skiing, fishing, biking, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, ice skating, and horse back riding gives them a greater appreciation for life in Colorado. I had been to Copper in the early 90's and realized it was a special place. There are plenty of places in Colorado that care more about what you're wearing rather than offering a beautiful Colorado experience. Copper is still considered by many as the 'locals place.' Its very unassuming and that's what we like about it. When Intrawest came to Copper and gave it a new $500 million village I knew we had to find a home. My in-laws became part owners when they moved from the East coast to be near the grandkids. Now my father-in-law is hiking 14'ers all summer long. The memories that Copper has provided for him and his wife are as priceless as they are for us.
Why the Owner Chose Passage Point:
We always wanted to have a special place in the Colorado mountains for our kids to enjoy. We knew we found that place at Copper Mountain. Its Family-oriented activities along with its highly regarded ski school were just a few of the reasons we picked Copper. The ski school is away from the busy mountains so you don't have to worry about 'cross traffic' from other slopes interfering with kids learning to ski. We enjoy the idea of a pedestrian only village with no vehicles. If your idea of vacation is being in the 'limelight' then you should probably look elsewhere. Copper enjoys a good down-to-earth environment highlighting sport and fun. There are large, more ritzy ski mountains but that's exactly what we tried to avoid. Avoid the crowds and enjoy Copper.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
We love the fact that we walk from our door directly into the Center Village. Once we park our car we never have to drive anywhere the entire time we are at Copper. The kids love snowshoeing up to the horse stables. They also love the tubing on 5 different slides depending on how fast you want to go! They pretend to climb a snow mountain near the frozen lake where the snow piles deep on the sides. They also enjoy the ice skating and then sitting next to the fire pit to warm up afterwards. The center village offers a light show every night that projects onto the mountain. We come back to the condo to enjoy the three different hot tubs of differing temperatures. The largest is really a pool that the kids enjoy swimming in!
