Family friendly luxury mountain living at its best! As parents of three small children (twins/single) we understand the special needs of the family visiting the mountains. We have two new cribs available for those with small children along with plug covers and removable cabinet safety latches. You can save luggage space and enjoy the kids videos and toys on site.
Need Wireless Internet? No problem! Just open your wireless computer and you are taken to the local ISP (they offer daily and weekly rates).
For those visiting without the kids... don't worry, the toys and crib don't take up any of your living accommodations.
A non smoking/no pets, two bedroom, two bath, Passage Point Mountain Lodge condo makes your vacation effortless. Master Suite has King size bed, cable tv and private bath w/tub and walk-in shower. Second Bedroom has twin beds and an adjacent full bath. Living room includes a pull out queen sofa to provide more sleeping options. After an active day on the mountain, you can relax on the deck overlooking the Copper Mountain/Ten Mile Creek and Vail Pass. Underground Parking, ATM, laundry room are in the building. There is even a conference room that can be booked with copper mountain for any business needs.
Or enjoy one of the two hot tubs each with different temperatures to suite your needs. There is also a pool for the kids to swim and play right next to the hot tubs. The fitness room with new lifecycle equipment even overlooks the mountains! Our new condo is beautifully furnished in the arts and crafts style. Everything is furnished! We have a fully stocked kitchen with a blender, coffee machine (even though STARBUCKS is right out side our building), coffee grinder, tea pot, all the pots/pans you could need, utensils, etc.
Closer to Denver's airport than Vail! Only 20 minutes from Breckenridge.

Why the Owner Chose Passage Point
We always wanted to have a special place in the Colorado mountains for our kids to enjoy. We knew we found that place at Copper Mountain. Its Family-oriented activities along with its highly regarded ski school were just a few of the reasons we picked Copper. The ski school is away from the busy mountains so you don't have to worry about "cross traffic" from other slopes interfering with kids learning to ski. We enjoy the idea of a pedestrian only village with no vehicles. If your idea of vacation is being in the "limelight" then you should probably look elsewhere. Copper enjoys a good down-to-earth environment highlighting sport and fun. There are large, more ritzy ski mountains but that's exactly what we tried to avoid. Avoid the crowds and enjoy Copper.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
We love the fact that we walk from our door directly into the Center Village. Once we park our car we never have to drive anywhere the entire time we are at Copper. The kids love snowshoeing up to the horse stables. They also love the tubing on 5 different slides depending on how fast you want to go! They pretend to climb a snow mountain near the frozen lake where the snow piles deep on the sides. They also enjoy the ice skating and then sitting next to the fire pit to warm up afterwards. The center village offers a light show every night that projects onto the mountain. We come back to the condo to enjoy the three different hot tubs of differing temperatures. The largest is really a pool that the kids enjoy swimming in!
Enjoy fishing, ice skating, hockey, Irish pub all on the Lake. Warm up next to the fire pit next to the lake. Bumper boats and paddle boats in the summer. Beach also in the summer.
This is the center village at Copper. Lifts, ski rental, restaurants, retailers, starbucks, etc is here! There is a unique all stone climbing wall in the summer.
You can do moonlight cross country skiing all the way to Vail pass!
Here is where the little ones go to ski school. Its a dedicated place just for learning. NO overlap with other ski runs so don't worry about more advance/faster skiers running into the kids.
There is a "magic carpet" ride for the little ones to enjoy in the center village. Its roped off so the kids have their own space.
Its an easy trip to Copper from Denver. Only 75 miles. Avoid the many snow closures over Vail pass and come to Copper instead!
The entire family will enjoy the tubing experience at Copper. You have 5 different "runs" depending on how adventurous you want to be.

My wife and I moved to Colorado in 1993. We moved away briefly but realized our hearts belonged in the Rocky Mountains and we moved back in 1999. We always wanted to have a place in the mountains for our kids to enjoy. We hope that all the hiking, skiing, fishing, biking, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, ice skating, and horse back riding gives them a greater appreciation for life in Colorado. I had been to Copper in the early 90's and realized it was a special place. There are plenty of places in Colorado that care more about what you're wearing rather than offering a beautiful Colorado experience. Copper is still considered by many as the "locals place." Its very unassuming and that's what we like about it. When Intrawest came to Copper and gave it a new $500 million village I knew we had to find a home. My in-laws became part owners when they moved from the East coast to be near the grandkids. Now my father-in-law is hiking 14'ers all summer long. The memories that Copper has provided for him and his wife are as priceless as they are for us.
