This condo was just redecorated in November, 2011 by a professional decorator as I do not have a decorating bone in my body!!!
You can enjoy the view of the sunrise and the emerald Gulf waters as you wake up in your king size master bed. Drink your coffee while listening to the waves from the balcony. This tastefully decorated condo has king-size beds in the master and guest bedrooms. There is an additional bunk room (which the kids will fight over) and a queen sleeper sofa.
Located on the third floor near the front of the complex, this 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo will comfortably sleep 2 to 8 people. It comes complete with a beautiful view of the gulf, two balcony areas and a full size washer and dryer. This 1040 square foot condo is a no smoking, some pets unit. The beach service of two chairs and one umbrella is comlimentary, weather and beach conditions permitting, between mid March 15 and late October.
Maravilla is one of the most popular family complexes featuring 2.5 acres of deeded sugar white beach, two pools (one heated), hot tub, poolside grills, and fitness room. The community club house is available for larger gatherings and comes equipped with a kitchen and sitting area with a 48 inch big screen TV. Maravilla is located approximately 3 miles East of the Destin Wal-Mart and 3 miles West of Sandestin.
Will you be having other families or friends joining you? We have access to several other 1 - 3 bedroom units available at or near Maravilla.
There is plenty to do in Destin whether you like water activities, shopping, outdoor concerts, or just laying on the beach. Send us an email or give us a call to find out more. Why the Owner Chose Maravilla
As a family, we vacationed in the Destin area for the first time in 1992 and fell in love with the beautiful beaches. We continued to return to the Destin area each year and specifically returning to Maravilla 4 times before purchasing our first condo there. The property is beautiful, has two pools and a hot tub, and a large beach!

We love these condos! This was our third stay at Maravilla, and it was wonderful as usual. The condo's are spacious, and well appointed. The patio is inviting and comfortable, and with its eastern face it softens any strong on shore winds. Our choices for water recreation including the beach, were the two pools and a hot tub that always had space. For tennis lovers the courts were just outside our front door! The beach is wonderful, and the umbrella and chairs included with the rental are exceptional benefits for enjoying the surf and swimming in the Gulf! The Holiday Beach service has stand-up paddle boards and kayaks, which are really fun for the children, and a gratuity with the beach captain/life guard can reap benefits! We look forward to coming back, and highly recommend these accommodations. We have appreciated the value received for the benefits of relaxing on the beach at Destin!
Recommended for:Sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Highly recommend this vacation condo for anyone planning on going to Destin. My family and I had a great time staying in this condo. This property was very clean and well-maintained. The owner of this condo was very helpful with our trip. He was a great source for local information on things to do. My family and I really enjoyed just hanging out on the beautiful beach during our trip as well. Very relaxing. This is a place that will return to. Thanks for everything.
