  We stayed in the condo for almost two weeks and loved the complex fitness center, pools were nice,great neighbors. Grocery and restaurants that were nearby on Hayden were fantastic. Thank you to Matt for sending us our laptop immediately after we realized we had left it behind. We will definitely stay there again soon.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

  The property was perfect for us! Much better than staying in a hotel. The location is great. The owner is easy to work with.

  This Condo was the perfect place for us to have a getaway in Az from all the snow in Co. Centrally located to many attractions, restaurants and shopping. GREAT PLACE!!!

  A terrific location within walking distance to Starbucks, restaurants, and grocery store; within 30 minutes' drive to lots of golf courses. Fitness centre was great - lots of equipment. Mathew was very accommodating with arrival time and return of security deposit. Comfortable size for 2 active people. Nice to have the sleeper sofa in the loft for when your spouse snores too loudly! Look forward to returning next year. Good value! Would definitely recommend to family or friends.

  The owners are gracious, allowing for an easy comfortable feeling throughout rental process. They will work within your constraints to the best of their ability. The location is perfect in relation to Scottsdale, a mere 6 min drive, Cavecreek/Carefree, a mere 15 min drive, along with the McDowell Preserve for perfect hiking (most trails allow for leashed dogs), downtown Phnx for baseball games or superior dining, a mere 40 min drive, about 20 min to Camelback Mtn, and of course in the midst of shopping, spas, hotels, outdoor activities, sports arenas (there are plenty in the area...Glendale, Salt River Park, Phoenix, Mesa, etc). The condo greets you with an open ~ high ceiling concept, an updated fully equipped kitchen, a one, well-appointed bedroom, adjoined with an updated bathroom. For larger folks the bathroom door may pose a problem when closing, but it's a tiny inconvenience. The sink is seperate from loo and shower ( a plus for 2 or more persons). A bonus for clean folk ~ there is a seperate laundry room fully stocked with cleaning supplies. Being a clean freak I loved the brooms, mops, etc that were provided. The bed is super comfy ~ the livingroom furniture oh so "fall back within you shall fall asleep." The loft is spectacular in that it provides wondrous views of the mountains and privacy for reading, day dreaming or just wanting to be alone. Having the use of the garage is another bonus. The overall property is well maintained and inhabited by very friendly people, who are working out, walking their dogs or going swimming. The swimming pool is fantastic. Confer with owner as to access rules, as we were not able to access the hottub during our stay, however, after further investigation found we were able to use the facility in the adjoining property. But, that negative did not diminish our fabulous time at this vacation rental. We shall be back! Thank you Matt!! Your place is now our second home...

  This was a terrific location for us to shopping, golf courses and other amenities. The bed was very comfortable for us, and we really enjoyed the clubhouse. I hope we can return since it is a great location. Tremendous value!!! Would definitely recommend to family or friends.

  We had our house re-tiled recently, and were advised by the contractor to find a hotel because of the mess. Well, we did better and found this gem. Spacious, very well equipped and comfortably furnished. The complex is conveniently located and very nice. We would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone.
