Walk into an oasis, even with kids! Spacious with an open floor plan this home is completely custom. The kitchen has high end appliances which include a Sub Zero refrigerator, Viking range and ventilated hood. The faucet is from the Purist Collection which features a stainless steel double sink complemented by granite countertops and a separate island with storage. All dishes & cooking supplies are included along with an array of wine, champagne and high ball glasses. The counter stools are Bertoia. The dinette lighting is from Floss which is enhanced by recessed lighting throughout the kitchen. Wireless service available.
Between the great room and the kitchen is an outside deck with spectacular views. The great room itself features cathedral ceilings with a two story fieldstone fireplace (unlimited wood supplied) There are two large comfortable sofas, a wall mounted flat screen TV, a video library (along with many sought after DVD concerts), stereo system and speakers. Lighting by Jonathan Adler.
The master bedroom features a 42' wall mounted flat screen TV with arm for maximum viewing, blue ray DVD player, king size bed, large closet, bureau, Birdseye maple Minka Aire ceiling fan, personalized heating controls and balcony. The on suite bathroom is two rooms. The first has double sinks with granite and purist faucets. The second room has the toilet (Kohler- all 3 bathrooms), a separate all glass shower and large jetted tub. The tile throughout is an Italian marble.
There is a second bedroom upstairs that has a queen size bed, wall mounted flat screen TV with arm and blue ray DVD player. All TVs have Direct TV. Within this room is an on suite bathroom that includes an all glass shower, toilet and sink with granite. The third bedroom (same size-downstairs) has a full bed, dresser & closet. There is also a full third bathroom downstairs (including tub) with floor to ceiling Italian marble tile.
Instead of cluttering the place with extra beds, we offer top of the line aero beds (double mattress) which can be inflated within 2 minutes and placed anywhere- Linens/pillows provided.
Linens are all new-Calvin Klein, Etro, West elm etc. (not shown in pictures) & the house is continually being upgraded. Designer furniture - beds are from Desiron in Manhattan, other furnishings are from Conrans, Maurice Villency, and various specialty shops in NY, Miami And the Hamptons. The entire house (including upstairs and basement staircase) has solid oak flooring.
Outside is a Jacuzzi/Hot tub perfect for warm or cold weather- digital (you decide the temperature.) Unlike many outdoor hottubs we have a stainless steel cover underneath the top deck which prevents snow, ice/snow melting & rain from interfering with your experience. So matter what the elements are you will always be able to enjoy the beauty of the outdoors (hair intact). Two Tennis courts down to the left of the house( 2 min walk) which are hardly ever used. Private lessons available.
This town home puts Vermont at your fingertips. Located on the prestige Haystack Highland golf course with views abound it is not only private but centrally located to both Mt. snow (8 min) and Stratton (30 min) skiing. The area boasts great shopping & antiquing. There is also a bowling alley, movie theatre , along with every activity imaginable. This is not to mention a beautiful 50 minute drive to Manchester, a premier outlet store that houses everything from Armani, to bose to the gap. The many restaurants in the area range from 5 star dining to burgers and a beer. There is also take out Chinese that rivals Manhattan's finest. Cooking in? A grocery store and superb specialty store where you can get fresh fish and top of the line meat products are all within 5-15 minutes. This is a year round retreat with something for everyone. Amenities not mentioned: Huge mud room, first floor separate laundry room, outside ski storage, three parking spaces next to house (with boat room) extra parking within two minutes walking(Please inform us if there will be more than three cars), plowing, wood next to front door, fire alarm.

We brought another family and a few friends and had a great time at this comfortable Town Home. The finishes are very nice and the decorating is trendy yet comfortable. The owners were prompt and attentive. There really isn't anything negative I can say about the experience. The great room is awesome and has a beautiful fireplace. The bedrooms are large and well appointed. There's an outdoor closet for your skiing/snowboarding gear. The house is well stocked with linens and anything else you may need. The location is very convenient as it sits between Wilmington and MT Snow set back from Route 100. We had a great experience and would definitely rent again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

This townhouse was phenominal! The owner was super pleasant to work with and extremely helpful. Everything about this house was top notch. From the linens to the furnishings to the kitchen. The views from the decks and hot tub were great! We had 8 people and were completely comfortable. I highly recommend this rental for a great ski weekend. We will be making this an annual trip. Can't wait for next year!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, romantic getaway.

We did a small family vacation between Christmas and New Year’s with four adults and four kids between 8 and 11 years old. Simply put, this is a really awesome property. The moment you walk into the home, you will be impressed. The family room offers a great fireplace, plush furnishings and an extensive media collection for a modern entertainment system. I’m not exaggerating when I tell you that the home has an incredible media collection of DVD’s ranging from classic movies to epic concerts. The bedrooms are equally well appointed and you will rest comfortably on high-end beds and bedding. We were totally spoiled with the kitchen which has all modern appliances, dishware and all sorts of necessities from dishwashing supplies, paper towels, trash bags, etc. The outdoor hot tub is awesome and is a perfect way to sooth your sore muscles after long days of skiing. One night in particular, we enjoyed a total Zen moment as we soaked in the hot tub while a light snow fell down on us. The bottom-line is that this owner really cares about this property and goes out of her way to ensure you have a positive experience. She was very easy to work with and was always available if we had a question or wanted some local advice. In previous years, we stayed in the Beaver Creek town homes which are located near Mount Snow. After staying at this property, I can’t imagine staying anywhere else when I come back to Mount Snow and I would strongly recommend it to others.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway, families with young children.

We have been renting houses for Christmas for the last ten years. This was one of the best houses we have ever rented. It is a true retreat with all luxurious amenities you can imagine. The house was beautiful, tastefully decorated and extremely clean. The beds were super comfortable with very nice bed settings. All bedrooms had TVs and the living room had a huge TV and amazing stereo system. We spent our Christmas holidays there and were able to cook every night. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The owner even provided paper towels, regular towels and many other small items that we usually bring with us. I can't say enough nice things about the owner of the house - Juliette was very responsive, considerate and professional at all times. She was very easy to reach and pleasant. Our family of four stayed at this luxurious getaway on multiple occasions during the 2011-12 ski season and are returning for the 2012-13 season. Can't say enough positive things about this residence; beautifully appointed, top shelf appliances, and only minutes from Mt Snow. The owner is a real pleasure to deal with and makes every effort to see that one's stay is enjoyable and relaxing. Can't wait for our next stay...is it ski season yet?Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

This is a beautiful home, with fantastic views and all the amenities you could possibly desire. It is also very children friendly - our two kids (ages 8 & 6) both told us they would like to return next summer for another stay. Great location, with close proximity to Mt. Snow, Haystack and local lakes. The hot tub is an additional bonus. We highly recommend this property!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

We recently rented this townhouse and were very pleased with everything about it. It was very roomy and very comfortable. The fireplace was spectacular and we enjoyed gathering around it with our friends and family to play games and relax. We also enjoyed the views of the mountains from the house and while soaking in the hot tub. All of the beds were really cozy with luxurious linens to ensure a great nights sleep. It was definitely more than I had expected from a rental property and the owner was wonderful to deal with. I would definitely recommend this property.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

My family and I spent President's Day weekend in this lovely VRBO and it completely lived up to our expectations! The house is perfectly located to the town of Wilmington and the ski areas. The accomodations were spectacular. The owners spared no expense in making this a desirable vacation rental. I give it my highest recommendation.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children.
