We stayed in a beautiful, spacious house in Aruba. I found the communication to and from the vacation outstanding. All details were covered allowing a relaxing visit. I cannot write enough positive things regarding this house! Having a laptop and a car was wonderful. We want to return!!! Juan, the house manager was an angel in so many ways , along with his lovely wife. We would recommend this property to anyone traveling as a couple or a family. It has everything!Recommended for: People with disabilities, families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

Sin duda la mejor elección para unas vacaciones familiares. Esta casa tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unas grandiosas vacaciones en Aruba, es ideal para grupos y familias con niños. Muy espaciosa, excelentes mobiliarios, equipada con todo para ir a la playa (sillas, toallas, equipos de snorkel, etc), cómoda, súper limpia, en una tranquila localidad muy cercana a las playas y el comercio. La atención de Juan y Mildred inmejorable y la comunicación con Will excelente. Sin duda regresaríamos nuevamente. Nos encantó tener a disposición la camioneta. Muchas gracias por su amabilidad. Nos vemos pronto!Recommended for: Families with teenagers.

We arrived in Aruba Feb 5th picked up by Mildred, Juan's wife these people are great from the time u get there till the time u leave, they look after the place for the owner.We loved the house and all the extras and comforts of "home" such as beach chairs, coolers, grill, beach towels ,snorkel gear, free wifi, house phone,backyard deck,laundry facilities and just everything imagineable in the kitchen that we could possibly need and the vehicle was so needed and included in the rental what a savings in it self, The owner's are great to deal with as well with quick reply's , what a great time we had at all the Beaches, we did not want to leave , we will return Thanks Will and we will miss Juan and Mildred and Aruba.Recommended for: People with disabilities, families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

Our family, two adults and two kids age 8 and 5, had been on several islands of the Carribean, but this was our first trip to Aruba. We absolutely adored our vacation and we found the house to be nice, well situated - away from the crowded hotel zone, yet close enough to everything - and very convenient. Doubling up as the family's "resident chef", I specially appreciated the very well equipped kitchen, which is not always the case in a rental house. Canuku house is comfortable and incredibly well ventilated with the constant, refreshing Aruban breeze. At night, A/C in every room does the job for a good night's sleep. We did have one issue with one of the A/C units but Juan, the property manager (and a true gentleman), managed to get a technician to fix it, even on a Sunday. The beds were comfortable and most everything in the house worked as expected. Although the neighborhood is definitely very safe, it was reassuring to have a fully functional safe in the house to store passports and other valuables. The pool club across the street was a great spot for an hour of outside aerobics in the morning while the kids played in the pool, which was well maintained. I don't think we ever saw anyone but our family use it during the entire two weeks of our vacation. Then there was the island itself. It felt very safe, people were friendly and... what else is there to say about the beaches, other than they are some of the most beautiful I have ever seen. We have been to the Florida Keys, Cuba, Mexico, Jamaica, Barbados, Portugal... Aruba beaches are top notch! Our family overall favorite was Arashi, for its natural feel, the view of the lighthouse, the nearness of a great snorkeling zone towards Malmok, and the accessibility. My 5 year old daughter's favorite was Mangel Halto near Savaneta because it has a wooden deck off of which she could jump and calm, shallow waters. With such a well equipped kitchen, and freshly caught fish available at the pier in the morning, we didn't eat out all that much, but Bingo down the road provided a few very reasonably priced family outings and Wacky Wahoo's gave us a fantastic Aruban cuisine experience, with truly fresh fish and Carribean lobster tail prepared to perfection. On top of all the beaches, we visited the East side of the Island, Arikok park, Natural Bridge, etc. and found the rugged beauty of the landscape to be breathtaking. We would definitely recommend Canuku house to anyone wanting to visit Aruba.Recommended for: People with disabilities, families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, sightseeing.

The house was terrific and perfect for the 5 of us. The people who look after the house were great, knowledgeable and very attentive. Aruba is a lovely and unique place, which we greatly enjoyed. I would highly recommend your place to friends, and may even use it myself in the future. S. We were definitely "wowed" with our first time Aruba experience. Thank you Will and Juan! From the first information email to our welcome home email it was an amazing, informative and pleasant holiday! We loved meeting Juan at the airport and his guidance throughout our holiday stay. Will -you were on top of every question plus provided us with an amazing list of restaurants. We loved the house and all the extras and comforts of "home" such as beach chairs, coolers, grill, beach towels ,snorkel gear, mobile phone, laptop, wifi, house phone,backyard deck, TV (if you think you need one),laundry facilities and just everything imagineable in the kitchen that we could possibly need! The miles we managed to put on the Explorer odometer were immensely enjoyed- we loved our independance to go and explore! What a beautiful Island- so many nooks and crannies. We had the pool basically to ourselves and were impressed with the cleanliness. We enjoyed meeting the neighbourhood kids, adults and dogs too- loved learning about local education and culture. Such a friendly neighbourhood! All you need to bring is your bathing suit ,sunscreen and sense of adventure. We highly recommend the Canuku House for vacation rental- you won't be disappointed :-)Recommended for: People with disabilities, families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing.

We had a wonderful time in Aruba--the house had just about everything we could need--plenty of room, well equipped and clean. Having the vehicle made it so easy for us to explore and the kids put the snorkel gear to good use. The pool area was very nice and 99% of the time we were the only ones there. Juan was very nice and helpful and it was so great to have someone to pick us up and show us around the island a bit. We look forward to returning! We had the pleasure of staying at this house for 1 week during our very first visit to Aruba. It was a perfect setting for our quiet family of 3. Lots of room, all the conveniences of a home-away-from-home. Both Will and Juan are excellent hosts. They were available and helpful every step of the way. If you have reservations about privacy at the community pool, put them aside - we went there almost everyday in the afternoon and the only other person we saw was the maintenance man. The bonus use of the vehicle to explore the island with puts the value of renting this house over the top. The laundry machines, the snorkel gear, the beach chairs, the BBQ and the soft sided coolers for the beach (and other excursions) are more valuable amenities that will save you hundreds of dollars. This vacation rental comes highly recommended - you won't be disappointed.Recommended for: Families with young children, pet owners, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

This is our second time using VRBO for our vacation accommodations. The Canuku house was everything we excepted it to be and more. Having the option for a vehicle included with the rental was extremely appealing and ultimately influenced our decision of this rental over others. Additional amenities such as a full kitchen, grill, laundry, swimming pool, towels and beach supplies were available for use during our stay. Having the ability to cook our own meals allowed us to spend money on other areas of our vacation. As a family of 4, it was nice to have 2 bathrooms and each our own bedroom for sleeping. A short 10 minute commute to many of the local beaches makes this rental close to everything you need. Will was helpful in answering any questions we had regarding the rental prior to booking and in the pre-arrival stages of our trip. Juan picked us up from the airport and ensured we were comfortable with the place upon our arrival. I would recommend this rental to anyone considering visiting Aruba.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, sightseeing.
