The apartment is on the 11th floor of the Club Atlantis Condominium which is located on Collins Av. between 25th and 26th Street.... just a view blocks north of the Setai and the W Hotel.
Drive up and enter Club Atlantis through a stylishly updated front desk reception area (they have Valet Service and 24 hours on-site security) or via 25th Street to your assigned parking garage space on the 3rd floor.
From both the Living- and Dining Room as well as from the Bedroom you can enjoy unobstructed direct ocean views. The large balcony is in front of the entire apartment and can be accessed from both rooms through ceiling high glass sliding doors.
The apartment has tiled floors throughout. Both bathrooms have been completely updated with Toto ceramics and Grohe faucets The kitchen is all white with grey countertops and comes with fine dinnerware and all utensils to prepare for breakfast or dinner.....even from the kitchen you can see the ocean.
