My Wife and I love this beautiful home and are happy to be able to share it with you. It has Majestic Views of Lassen Volcanic National Park, the City Lights of Redding, The Mighty Sacramento River, Sundial Bridge and is situated near Whiskeytown Lake and Shasta Lake. We have a 4 car garage and plenty of room to park your boat. We are near a trail that is a great hike or mountain bike ride directly into Whiskeytown National Recreation Area. The home is in a gated community with only two other homes. It is the ultimate in views, privacy and luxury. Negative edge pool, Waterfall, Bocce Ball Court and plenty of room to enjoy the outdoors.

We purchased this home due to its unique setting near the lake, incredible views, 4,800 sq feet of luxury, privacy and seclusion as it is gated and located on 37 acres. Wildlife abounds, incredible views, easy lake access and incredible views (yes again).

We enjoy lounging by the pool and taking in the incredible views while in the water. We enjoy hiking on the nearby trails and going to Whiskeytown Lake or Shasta Lake. This place is incredible.
