Soak in the sun, play on the beach and take in an amazing view of the Gulf of Mexico, canal and preserves from your own private, screened Lanai. Our 1BR/1BA condo is located on the 9th floor (#2903) of the Bonita Springs Beach and Tennis Club.
You set the schedule-- walk on the beach, float in one of our private pools, play tennis, golf, enjoy the on-site spa and end your day with an amazing sunset. For some more fun, you can walk across the street to Doc's Beach house for jet ski rentals, breakfast/lunch/dinner, volleyball on the beach and collect beautiful seashells. For more than just a typical day at the usual Fort Myers beaches, look to Florida Barefoot Beach Preserve, where soaking up the sun is just the beginning of a long list of things to do. Fishermen can enjoy the variety of fish, and nature lovers can catch a glimpse of the protected gopher tortoises living in the preserve. This Bonita Springs Beach is a great choice for the whole family! You can walk or drive to access all of the conveniences of home and the local community, including the waterfront restaurants, and friendly fun nightlife.
We have comfortable accommodations, including a king sized bed (and a sofa/chair that pulls out as a twin bed) The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and a complete array of utensils/dishes to prepare any type of meal. You don’t need to over pack, because we have an in unit washer and dryer to help with your laundry needs.
Southwest Florida is warm all winter and pleasant in the summer and fall with the gulf breezes. Our beautiful cities and beach towns are wonderful year round and will help you create unforgettable vacation memories. Come and Enjoy!!

Why the Owner Chose Bonita Beach & Tennis Club:
After spending an amazing vacation at the Beach and Tennis club in Oct 2009 we decided to purchase a condo. We loved walking across the street in the morning to collect seashells with our young son on the beautiful white sandy beach. Then, we could easily walk back over to the beach and tennis club to play in the pools. Everything was so simple -from the short ride from the airport to the beach access and amenities at the property. It is perfect for us and we intend on creating lots of memories for our family. We can't wait to go back.
