The family area has a 32” LCD TV and DVD player. All of the TVs have free cable. The living room includes a Queen Sofa and a Twin size Sleeper Chair so the unit can comfortable sleep up to 7. We just returned from a weeks stay at this amazing condo and can't wait to go back. The furnishings are wonderful and made us feel right at home. The owners were easy to contact and quick to answer any questions. The price is VERY resonable, fantastic actually. We're so happy we found this place, it's just perfect! Go ahead and book...you won't be disappointed!

This unit at Ocean Reef is amazing! My husband, two kids and I had a wonderful time. Very clean, spacious, and just felt like home. My family and I have vacationed at places that we just didn't feel comfortable in, but that's definitely not the case here. I could literally live here if given the chance. We chose to cook some nights instead of eating out every meal. The kitchen has every thing you could possibly need. The beds are so comfortable! The oversize balcony was my favorite spot....especially while drinking my coffee in the morning. My kids enjoyed all the amenities. It was a little rainy one day so they took full advantage of the indoor pool. The rest of the time we were all at the beach or enjoying the outdoor pool and hot tub. I had every intention of using the exercise equipment located on the 6th floor, but I couldn't pry myself away from the balcony and the beach. The owner is very easy to get in contact with and answered all my emails promptly. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and relatives. I took a picture every morning and evening of the view from the balcony and posted it on facebook. Everyone kept asking where we were staying and commenting on how beautiful the view was. It's very close to Pier Park and a short drive to Wal-Mart. It's also a short drive to Captain Anderson's Marina where we booked a tour of Shell Island. The kids had so much fun! It's very close to a lot of restaurants and it was very hard to choose which one's to eat at. I'm the only one in the family that really likes seafood, so we chose to eat at Pineapple Willy's and Bayou Bill's. Both were really good and my husband even ordered a seafood platter at Bayou Bill's and loved it! All I can say is I can't wait until my husband puts in his vacation time for next year because as soon as he does I'm booking this Condo again! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE IT!

A wonderful condo and will be coming back to stay again. The owner was easy to get in touch with, the photos and description were accurate. The condo felt like a home and not a rental unit. It was very clean, well maintained and the beds were very comfortable. I would highly recommend this property. Donut shop, go carts and putt putt within walking distance and Pier Park right down the road. Even with a Tropical Storm, we had a wonderful time because the condo was so nice with the huge covered balcony.

Overall, this is just a great condo. The building is flanked by small homes on the East and a very small complex on the right so the beach is not nearly as crowded as most high rise properties in PCB. Great parking space 25' from the elevator too. The interior of the condo is top notch. Super clean and comfortable all around. All appliances are in good shape as well. The master bed is far and away one of the very best I have ever slept on outside of my own home. The best feature is probably the balcony. It is enormous and furnished with very nice patio furniture, including a large table that is perfect for an outdoor meal by the sea. The master bedroom also faces the ocean and opens to the balcony. The price and the overall quality makes this it a very good value as well. If you want to stay in PCB, this is the place to rent.

Our 2nd year renting this unit. The owner is very polite and easy to reach, very quick at responding to emails. The unit was exactly as it is listed, very clean and up to date, lots of room. Photos were accurate, beautiful view from the 18th floor. This year we watched the dolphins and sting rays every morning while eating breakfast on the balcony, and on our last day we seen a nursing shark. The location is great for families, close to Pier Park shopping and lots of places to eat and right across the road is a game room the teens can hang out at. We are very pleased with renting this unit, would definitely recommend to anyone. We will defenitely rent from this owner again!

Condo was very well decorated, clean and looked just like pictures on the website. We had modern applicances. The balconies are huge. There is a kiosk right there on the beach in front of the condo where you can book excursions. We did parasailing and jet ski's. There are beach chairs with umbrellas that you rent reasonable right in front of the condo. You can walk to the peir for shopping and eating. We had a freak storm with straight line winds that blew the door open with the dead bolt on, breaking the frame of the door. I reached the condo onwer on the first try and he had friends that were able to come over to the condo within 30 minutes and fix the door. Definately an owner you can count on.
