This condo has new granite counters, new leather sofa with queen pull out featuring memory foam mattress, luxury pillow top mattress in the bedroom, and all new bedding with down pillows. With an iPod docking station, flat screen televisions with DVD players in the living room and bedroom, wireless internet, newly equipped kitchen and a cozy gas fireplace you will have all the modern comforts to fully relax.
This one bedroom is located in the most popular River Run building on the fourth floor overlooking the gondola and mountain. You can't beat the location of this condo and the Springs building. Practically ski-in ski-out with the new high speed gondola and you can even see how long the line is from your deck and windows! You are just steps from restaurants, shopping and bars.
The Springs has amenities galore. In the lobby is a cascading waterfall which leads to a stream which goes under a bridge to the outside where it becomes a water slide into the year around pool. Outside is a heated pool with rock features, a zero entry area with fountains for toddlers and two hot tubs, one for families and one for adults. There is also a shared gas grill and fire pit!
Inside the amenities keep going. There is a small kids play room (the only one in Keystone), a slate pool table, fitness center and steam shower. There is also the only theatre room in Keystone with two rows of reclining leather chairs and a big screen TV.

This unit was perfect. Location, size and booking were great. The owner was very very attentive and gave us a great rate. She even had kids movies for our 21/2 year old to watch. Pool was fantastic, only problem was we could not get said 2 1/2 year old off the slide! Unit was clean, updated and cozy. Views and proximity to village are ideal.Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers.

This condo is the perfect loacation, whether you go during ski season or for a summer/fall getaway. Amazing view of the mountain and gondola ski lift. Short walk to great food, shopping and ammenities. Perfect for families with children of ANY age. Pool is fantastic for kids, nice rec area with pool table, media room, and playroom for kids. This condo has EVERYTHING!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers.
