Three flat screen televisions are provided for the living room and each bedroom. Cable, and wireless are provided for your enjoyment. Each bathroom is finished with venetian plaster and has marble floors. A washer and dryer will help you return home as refreshed as when you arrived.
Located in west Wichita, the condo is close to shopping and is a little more than a mile from the hiking and biking paths in Sedgwick County Park. The Sedgwick County Zoo is in close proximity. The airport is also one mile away.

This condo is conveniently located a couple miles from the airport for easy access and travel, is close to the beautiful Sedgwick County Park and Zoo (which my 1yr old and I enjoyed frequently) and has easy access to shopping, restaurants, etc as well. We found the home very clean and comfortable with beautifully remodeled with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops in the furnished kitchen, new hardwood and laminate flooring in the living spaces, refinished bathrooms, newer lighting, ceiling fans in both bedrooms, and new, comfortable, clean furnishings throughout. Large flat screen TVs in each room, cable,and internet access make it a perfect getaway for a traveling bachelor as well. The owner was very courteous, kind, and helpful with any questions and problems we had, and the price was very fair.
