This condo is absolutely beautiful with updated modern furniture and very open floor plan throughout. It will bring the utmost comfort to your stay. The views from the windows and the deck are incredible. It overlooks a beautiful waterfall pool surrounded by palm trees and a playground. Everything will be provided to make your experience very comfortable and we guarantee you will not be disappointed.
The condo at Las Palmas Resort has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. All bedrooms and bathrooms are stocked with clean linens, soaps/shampoos, and paper products. Master Suite has a comfortable king size bed, private entry to deck, TV/DVD, and ample storage space for your personal belongings. The second bedroom has a queen bed with an access to the other full bathroom. There are two twin beds and twin-size trundle beds in the third bedroom. It sleeps 8 comfortably in beds with a full-size air mattress provided for 2 additional people.
An open kitchen with an island bar is fully equipped to do any cooking. It is loaded with all cooking utensils and updated appliances. The dining area is located between the kitchen and the deck so you can enjoy the meals from our BBQ grill and/or the stove. There is patio dining furniture on the deck if you enjoy outdoor dining.
The spacious great room with modern furniture is a great relaxing atmosphere for the whole party. A large TV with DVD/VCR, plenty of great reading material, vaulted ceiling, and cozy gas fireplace are just a few to mention why this place is unbeatable.
The condo is located on the top floor and an elevator is accessible for your convenience. There will be a key provided for access to the swimming pools within a short walking distance from the unit and to the clubhouse amenities.
FREE 8 passes of full access to the world-famous Green Valley Resort and Spa is included with this rental. Additional passes are available to purchase at discount through us. The resort features six swimming pools (one indoor), outdoor and indoor tennis courts, racquetball courts, basketball courts, volleyball, shuffleboard, full fitness gym and children’s playground.

The condo itself was fine. The experience in using the facilities was not as positive. 8 wristbands are provided for a 4 night stay and there were 8 people staying in the condo so we ran out of wristbands quickly. A better program would allow guests access to facilities 24/7. I stay here because of the tennis facilities and I do not want to pay to use empty tennis courts.Owner response: We completely understand the frustration of the NEW system Green Valley has implemented just this March. It has been difficult for everyone. Since the Las Palmas Resort is separate from Green Valley we have to follow their "rules". We offer 8 FREE passes with our condos - most rentals aren't doing that...so we really are trying to help with this transition. Of course, the outdoor pools do not require passes and can be used without limit. ~ Thanks!

We really enjoyed staying in this condo. It fit our family of 8 & our needs perfectly. The owner was great to work with & responded back to us so quickly. Everything was beautiful & clean. Beds were comfortable & the amenities were great! Plenty of dishes & silver for eating but sparse on the pots & pans for cooking. his was our first time renting a condo for a vacation. We are happy this was such a great experience. We will rent this condo again based on this trip! We wish our trip could have been longer!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers.
