Historic St. Augustine, our nations oldest city, is located between Daytona Beach and Jacksonville. It's the best-kept secret in Florida. We are located across the Bridge of Lions on Anastasia Island, five miles from downtown.
Our condo is located on a wide, pristine, unspoiled beach, seven miles long. We have a fourth floor unit, top floor, and most desirable, with a spectacular view of the Atlantic Ocean. It's a pleasure to sit out on the spacious balcony and enjoy the ocean breeze and hear the surf. The master bedroom and living room both have sliding glass doors to the balcony. Our condo has all the amenities of a well appointed home. It is very clean and cozy.
From skimming the blue waves on a jet ski to expanding your knowledge by exploring all the historic wonders, these are only some of the many exhilarating things you can experience at gorgeous St. Augustine. You will never be at a loss for something to do. The white sandy beach is great for sunbathing, swimming, surfing, or just strolling beside the Atlantic Ocean looking for shells.
Nearby attractions include, Castillo De San Marcos, famous St. George Street with all of it's shops and stores, Ripley's Believe It Or Not Museum, Potter's Wax Museum, the Alligator Farm, Fountain of Youth, Flagler College, Lightner Museum, horse drawn carriage rides, Marineland, San Sebastian Winery, freshwater springs, and a variety of beautiful parks.
Golfers will appreciate the World Golf Village, with two 18-hole, championship courses. There are many other golf courses locally, by the way Sawgrass is just 35 minutes up A1A. Jacksonville and Daytona Beach are both a short 45 minutes drive and Orlando is two hours away.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean, comfortable, well equipped and reasonably priced. The view from the balcony of the pools and the ocean were wonderful, much better than the picures suggest. The resort itself was fairly quiet when the two of us visited in September from England, but enough people around to have a chat and the people that lived in the resort full time were really helpful and friendly. The beach was a pleasure to walk on, clean, flat and lovely soft sand. The waves can be a bit fierce but there are lifegurds on duty and the youngsters who were around really seemed to be enjoying body surfing, wind surfing etc. The location of the condo was perfect for us, a short drive to the historic disctrict which was very interesting, and also to lots of restaurants. There was a Publix nearby and some great outlet shopping only 30 minutes away. We came over from England on a direct flight to Sandford, then an easy drive of about 75 minutes got us right to the place. It would have been good to have some beach chairs and we were glad of the previous reviews advice to take a hairdryer. A really great break, we'll definitely be going back to St Augustine.
Recommended for:People with disabilities, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

Comfortable, affordable, 2-bedroom, 2bath condo on the beach on Anastasia Island. Great location to all the historic sites and the beach! Comfortable beds (a real plus), quiet, and private. Very clean and good suggestions for restaurants and sites. Helpful on-site, one-man management team that kept the water out of the parking lot! Lots to see and do even when it rains! Bring insect repellant! Suggestions: bring your own hair dryer and check with Beach Club on south side of the condominum for WiFi connection!
Recommended for:Sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children.
