My wife, daughter and myself spent the most romantic, breathtaking and relaxing time we could ever imagine at this "most amazing" property. Everything is just perfect and you can tell this work of art is the result of much love. I would recomend it "eyes closed". Casa Alegría is precisely that; a place where happiness flourishes 24/7. Amazing views, incredible setting, gorgeous gardens, fantastic service and simply said: perfection in its maximum expression. Being a regular VRBO user, Casa Alegria certainly tops my list and I would return here again and again and again!!!! Dale is great to deal with and his on-board staff; Top Notch... they really know how to pamper you spoiled rotten. Thank you soooooooo much!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

My family and another family stayed here from March 26 - April 2, 2011. We had a wonderful time and the only bad thing about it was that we had to leave. Mirna and Ana spoiled us rotten. I was waiting for my fresh fruit and coffee when I got home but they werent there!! Dale was very helpful and accommodating in our needs before and during our stay. We had 4 teenagers with us and we never felt that we were not safe. We let them walk through LaPunta in the night. This was our second year staying in LaPunta and I have already been looking at flights for next year. You will not be sorry in renting this house for the week or even longer. Thanks so much for letting us enjoy your beautiful homeRecommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

A group of us stayed as Casa Alegria from March 5 through March 12, 2011 and had a wonderful time. The grounds were meticulate and the landscaping was gorgeous!! Bougainvillea enveloped the outdoor pool and tanning area and we were treated to stunning views of Manzanillo Bay and the Pacific Ocean. Mirna and Marta catered to our every desire and I'm still waiting for someone to fix me one of their delicious margaritas!! The owner was a great help in assisting our group with any questions we had regarding the villa, even after we had arrived. While the 24-hour security of La Punta was welcomed, it was not needed; or as Mirna told us, "no necessita." Manzaillo felt safer than some streets near where I live and work in the U.S. Anyone still deliberating about renting Casa Alegria for their vacation needn't wait anymore, JUMP on this opportunity - you will find it well worth the money!! I can't wait to return......Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.
