This property is perfect to accommodate a large family or a few families for a special week or weekend. The views are quite special here at the southern end of the island where the St. Helena Sound meets the Atlantic Ocean. This end of the island offers almost daily dolphin sightings swimming close to the shore and a spectacular sunset.
The house is perfectly laid out with 6 bedrooms and 4 baths. 3 bedrooms have their own private bath (each with a Queen-sized bed), 2 bedrooms have their own vanity sink (within the bedroom). The owners have constantly added details and updated furnishings and bedding to keep the house very attractive and comfortable. In the room under the house you will find a ping-pong table, plenty of beach chairs, beach toys and a few bikes - all available for the guests' use.
Layout for bedrooms is as follows:
#1 - Master Down (1st floor) – Queen - Large walk-in closet, private bath
#2 - Bedroom (1st floor) – Queen - Small walk-in closet, Full bath (also serves as hall bath)
#3 – Master Up (2nd floor) – Queen - Large walk-in closet; private bath (new walk-in shower)
#4 – Boys room (2nd floor) – 2 single beds – small closet; private vanity in room; shared bath
#5 – Girls room (2nd floor) – 1 full bed – small closet; shared bath
#6 – Bedroom (2nd floor) – 1 full bed – small closet; private vanity in room; shared bath
*We offer a linen service which provides linens at check in and launders them after check out. The fee is $75 for sheets, $75 for bath towels and $75 for beach towels.
Weekly rentals are Saturday to Saturday in the summer (only).
Pets are allowed for an additional $250 pet fee. Cleaning is $150.
Wyndham Amenities Available for additional fee: Pool, Beach Equipment, Tours, Gym, etc. for an additional fee (please see Wyndham Recreation Office).

The home is spacey, well decorated, kitchen well stocked with anything you could want, decorated simply but nice, absolutely stunning view of water and sunsets. Although we paid for linens, beds weren't made and we had to search through waded up sheets for right sizes. Fortunately the owners linen closet was open so we could get towels and sheets. Only the living room tv worked - no signal in either of master bedrooms. Upstairs toilet bowl flap did not work properly and we had to push stopper down after each flush. Both these things were aggregating since there was 10 of us. Most ceiling fans needed replacing or blades tightened; they were very noisy and living room fan sounded too dangerous to use. There were a few other minor issues but overall the home is well located and we enjoyed our stay. Not recommended for anyone having difficulty climbing stairs.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, pet owners, families with young children, girls getaway.

3 families and Gran -12 of us, reconnected for a week at this lovely, comfortable property - and had such an amazing time! EVERYONE connected to the property was SO helpful and patiently answered all our questions thru the weeks before vacation, and all went the extra mile to make sure everything was prepared for our arrival. The property was very clean and well maintained, and we couldn't have had a better experience for our first time at Edisto! Many many dolphin sightings delighted the children (and all of us)! Sunsets are amazing, everyone is so friendly, and the weather was beautiful, even in hot July! You won't be disappointed!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car, girls getaway.

The home was immaculate and the service was excellent. One couldn't have asked for a more perfect location, right on the beach. The evening sunsets were awesome. Many people would walk to our area of the beach to take pictures of it, but we enjoyed it from the deck! Judy did a wonderful job making sure we had everything and enjoyed our weeks on Edisto Island.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, families with young children.

This home was beautiful! It was in a great location, ideal for families and friends. It is very spacious and the main floor works well for a big group of people because it is so open. Very spacious and beautiful property. We enjoyed our stay as a group, and the location at the tip of the island was perfect. You will not want to miss the spectacular sunset and dolphin sightings! Everyone who stays here will want to come back again......we definitely will be back!
