  Located in Cruz Bay, the condo is in the perfect location. Clean, friendly workers, we couldn't sing this places praises enough. And the only way my husband could get me to leave was promising we will go back someday (we're trying to budget for another Grande Bay trip within the next year!)

  This is our 3rd stay at Tom's place and once again, it did not disappoint! :) The location couldn't be more perfect....You're right in town, but far enough away from all the bars (about a block) that it's so peaceful. I used the gym every morning (which is great). There's a beautiful, well maintained pool on the premises as well. The condo itself is great (stainless steel appliances, granite and a super comfy king bed)...we spent a lot of time on the balcony (which overlooks Cruz Bay) after days of beaching, snorkeling and sailing. We went out every evening for a stroll, some snacks and of course a painkiller (or 5). Tom is, as always, so easy to work with and he also has property managers, Rochelle and CJ, that greet you on the island and get you acquainted with the condo. They are both very helpful and knowledgeable and will answer any questions you might have. We were contemplating writing a review because we don't want anyone else to know about this great find (hahaha, no, really!). We plan on coming back for many years to come.... It's truly a vacation of a lifetime!

  My fiance and I were so lucky to have found this place. Not only were we booking for ourselves, but we were in charge of finding a good place for our families as well. Grande Bay Resorts was GREAT! The location of the resorts to Wharfside and surrounding area was perfect. We walked to everything! Our room had the best view by far! It's a little tricky to get to at first being in the back building, but once you maneuver it a few times, it is like second nature...and well, worth it! The room was clean and spacious for a studio. We loved the amenities, especially the washer/dryer, AC, and shower. The balcony provided a great breakfast spot and evening relaxation area with the bar table/stools. Everything we needed was there, and the staff were uber helpful with anything else we needed. We were married during our stay and will definitely be back to celebrate anniversaries in the future.

  Great place to stay, the Studio is everything that Tom say's it is, the photo's are exact. The balcony overlooks the pool and the view is outstanding. It has everything you need from beach chairs and towels to a cooler to pack for the day at the local beaches. The Grande Bay rep helps you out with whatever you need they meet you at the ferry dock and in a short walking distants you are at your condo.

  The condo is in a perfect location if you want to be where the action is in Cruz Bay. We particularly liked this condo because it was spacious, clean, and quiet. We never heard anyone else around us and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The condo has everything you need and the staff that works at Grande Bay are very accommodating. Although the balcony isn't private, the location of this balcony is set back a little and gives you more privacy than most of the others. We really enjoyed our stay and will definately be back!

  This was our second time staying on St. John and we had so much fun. This condo was perfect for what we needed. There were 5 of us and plenty of room with the two units. The property managers were awesome. We were met at the car barge and led to our condo within minutes of arriving. It is in walking distance to all the great restaurants, pubs and shops. It had awesome views of Cruz Bay from the balcony and it was extremely clean and just as described. A huge plus was having the washer and dryer in the unit. You don't need to pack as much. We rented a van for the week so we went to all the beautiful beaches. The only complaint I would have is that the parking space was tight and it was hard getting in and out with a van. You really need a car to get to see everything St. John has to offer. We are already planning another week for next year!

  Condo is very tastefully furnished, well supplied, and exceptionally clean, as are the common areas of the complex. Beautiful views from the balcony, and convenient to downtown. Owner is most gracious and very helpful.

  My now wife and I stayed here for our wedding week and it was perfect! Just what we needed for our stay and at a great price! Incredible location and amazing views from the balcony which is exactly what we wanted. We are already talking about coming back for our one year anniversary we were so pleased.

  We have been visiting St. John for the past 10 years and have rented various villas or stayed at the resort. This was by far the most convenient location! We were able to walk to all the restaurants, shops and hike to our favorite beaches, Solomon and Honeymoon right from Grande Bay! Getting groceries was never easier! You will save a lot of money on transportation staying here! We stayed in the One Bedroom for the first 3 nights which was extremely clean and offered all the conveniences of home. We moved into the Studio for another 7 nights which was equally clean and comfortable, the Studio was actually much more Spacious and Open than I had envisioned. The Beds were very comfortable as others have mentioned. We basically had the pool and hot tub to ourselves every time, the complimentary coffee and pastries was nice, great gym and the staff at Grande Bay was very accomodating helping us to print boarding passes for our return flight. Tom, the Owner, was extremely responsive and helpful when we wanted to extend our stay, you have nothing to worry about renting from Tom. If you are considering Grande Bay, these are the units for you!!

  What a great time we had at Tom Hill's condo in Grande Bay. We rented the one bedroom with the full kitchen. The place was so clean and decorated beautiful. It was nice to be able to cook and eat out on the deck while watching the sunset or morning breakfast. The bed was so comfortable! We rented a jeep so we could drive around the island, but at night parked it in the garage. The location was great to walk to town for dinner or happy hour. Very easy and nice to do business with Tom. Hope to be back soon. If you go make your first stop For drinks Mooies not your last like we did. You will meet the nicest local woman and have the best rum punch on the island.
