Owner info
Year Purchased: 2002
Why the Owner Chose Metcalf Bay:
I am a New Englander. Missed the 4 seasons. Skiing in the winter and boating in the summer, along with baking blueberry pies and lemonade, had me packing my weekend bags.
The Unique Benefits at this Cabin:
I am able to instantly deprogram from the daily city grind. The air is spectacular, convenient to the Village, skiing areas and marina. No matter how much snow there is, I am able to get in and out of the property as the cabin sits on the blvd, which is maintained by CALTRANS.
