The Condo has two bedrooms with King in master bedroom and Queen and Twin in large guest bedroom. Both bedrooms have their own private bath. Master bedroom has a fireplace, wall to ceiling glass facing the ocean, entrance to balcony, large jacuzzi tub, dual sinks, shower, and large closet space.

My wife and I have always loved the ocean and love to spend time enjoying it as often as possible. We were looking for an ocean front condo, when we discovered Club Marena about five years ago. It was perfect for us and within an easy 2 hour drive from our home in Southern California.
Why the Owner Chose Club Marena
We bought our 402 Las Brisas condo on our 35th wedding anniversary, after spending a night in it and enjoying the magnificent ocean views. We had never seen a place with such an enchanting view of the ocean, and such a beautiful setting.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Seeing both sunrise and sunset from our huge master bedroom picture window, watching the surfers on the K 38 surf break point while enjoying a margarita on our balcony, and spending time in the year around heated swimming pool. Taking walks along the beautifully landscaped grounds, and enjoying the many fine restaurants and places of interest in Rosarito Beach.

This condo is so spacious and well appointed with everything we needed for our stay, and more! It is very luxurious and has absolutely incredible views - we saw dolphins everyday from the patio! We truly loved our time here and would definitely come back. Thank you very much for the great vacation!

My wife and I just loved Maureen and Gerry's condo in Club Marena. We liked it so much that we wanted to give up living in Canada and find a condo like theirs in Club Marena in which to retire. Their condo is better than described. The views from every room are fantastic and the pounding surf is soooo very peaceful. Everything was provided. We needed only to shop for our own groceries which in itself is a cultural treat. There are extensive wineries in the area. The local wine is great. We will return again, but for more than just a couple of weeks. Next time it'll be for months. We can't describe how wonderful our holiday was. Thank you Maureen and Gerry for your kindness and help.

My family and I recently stayed at Club Marena and had a wonderful time. The condo was more beautiful than we had ever imagined. Very spacious and clean! The location was perfect! There was a Walmart and Smart & Final nearby where we were able to go grocery shopping and buy everything we needed to BBQ out on the balcony's built in BBQ gas grill. The balcony overlooked a gorgeous view of the ocean. Each night we were lulled to sleep by the sounds of the ocean waves. It was the best sleep we have had in a very long time! The master bedroom had a huge cieling to floor window which featured a picture perfect view of the ocean. The landscaping was perfectly manicured and carefully tended to each day. We felt very safe as there was 24 hour security as well as it being a gated community. The owners were extremely helpful in providing directions on how to get there as well as providing great tips on various places to eat out. Our favorite was Topanco Steak House. Delicious! Again, the location was perfect! We were able to take a drive to La Fonda (great stuffed shrimp), Puerto Neuvo (awesome Lobster), and Ensenda. Our children enjoyed the heated pool and loved playing with the board games that were provided in the condo. They also loved that they had Direct satellite TV and had tons of channels to choose from. There is also direct access to the ocean right fromt the condo itself where every morning a handful of surfers would ride the waves. Our first day there, we saw a school of dolphins right from our balcony and on our last day, we saw a whale in the distance blowing water from his blow hole. We had such a wonderful time and plan on staying there again in the future. The drive from San Diego was not bad at all and would highly recommend Club Marena to anyone and everyone!

My wife and I recently spent a romantic week at this amazing condo on the Mexican Gold Coast. We were looking to get a way together to just relax on the ocean. The view from the condo was mesmerizing, we spent most of the time sitting out on the balcony looking out over the private cove in front of Club Marena. The grounds at Club Marena were perfectly manicured and the pools were always sparkling. I highly recommend taking a short trip down to Puerto Nuevo also known as Lobster Village for margaritas and an incredible Lobster Dinner.

Our experience at Las Brisas #402 in Club Marena was outstanding! The condo is tastefully decorated, and the views are breathtaking. The owners were so helpful in every aspect of our trip, and very accomodating and easy to work with. The security guards were both helpful and friendly, and there was never a worry. We even looked around at other condos in the Rosarito area to see how it compared with Las Brisas 402, and we know we found the best around. We will definitely be staying here again!

I've been meaning to leave this note for months. Our stay in this lovely condo was positively wonderful! The view is absolutely breathtaking, and the grounds exquisite. The decor was stylish and tasteful, while still comfy and not distracting from the ocean views from all windows. The owners went so far above and beyond to make us comfortable, with incredible communication and tons of helpful tips about the drive into Mexico, and places to visit and eat while there. We couldn't have asked for more, and will be back again for certain! Thank you!
