  Dave is amazing, he let us know the moment his place was ready for us and once we got there the beautiful pictures were true! The place was clean, organized and very well put together. Dave went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed from a list of local places to go to a grocery discount fob.... The place is so spacious and comfortable. The directions Dave left were clear and organized and we felt at home... The week went by way too fast; we can't wait for next year!

  Another fabulous week at Sunset Beach. We just love this condo, it works so well for our family with 4 teenagers. Loved the updated bedrooms. The new beds were awesome, so comfortable! We took advantage of Dave's recommendations again on this trip. The Inlet View Bar & Grill had great outdoor seating, views and food. We also enjoyed dinner at Twin Lakes. After dinner we walked down to check out the new boat ramp/launch area the city put in since our last trip. It was very nice. Of course, the kids had their favorites...Sunset Slush and Calabash Creamery several times during the week. Dave's attention to detail and personal touches make him a pleasure to work with, we highly recommend this condo!

  We loved the condo. My children enjoyed having their "own space" in the Suite area to chill when they weren't at the beach, pool or checking out the Sunset Beach area or Myrtle Beach. This condo really is spacious and comfortable. The condo was very clean and well maintained as described. The photos do not accurately reflect the appearance; I think it's bigger than it looks. Dave was easy to work with and very helpful. We took advantage of his local recommendations. Very much enjoyed fishing off the pier. The beach is very nice and a short drive. Enjoyed watching the alligators on the golf course. Next time I will bring my clubs. I highly recommend this condo. It's perfect for families or even a romantic get-away without the kids. Looking forward to our return trip!

  Beautiful; great location, clean, spacious, attractive amenities, nice extras provided by the owner both beforeand during and on arrval and in the unit itself. Not our first time at Sunset Beach or at one of the Sea Trail villas, but probably the nicest one we have stayed in.We have beeen coming to SB for 30 years.

  This was a very nice stay indeed! Dave was extremely pleasant and easy to deal with. The place was clean and very nice. The furnishings and carpet are up to date. The linens and towels were of good quality. I would not hesitate to stay here again! Thanks Dave!

  LOVE this Sunset Beach condo! I just booked with the owner again for this summer's trip. We had 4 teenagers with us last trip. They enjoyed having their "own space" in the Suite area to chill when they weren't at the beach, pool or checking out the Sunset Beach area or Myrtle Beach. This condo really is spacious and comfortable. The condo was very clean and well maintained as described. The photos do accurately reflect the appearance although, I think it's bigger than it looks. The owner was easy to work with and very helpful. We took advantage of his local recommendations. The kids loved Sunset Slush, Calabash Creamery & Sugar Shack. I really enjoyed dinner at the Grapevine in Calabash. Sunset Beach is such a peaceful place. I love walking the amazing beach from right side of the Pier to the end of the beach, collecting shells in the morning. The sunsets are breath taking in the evening. The kids had fun with their boogie boards and playing bocce ball on the beach. We all enjoyed going to the pool after the beach in the late afternoon. I highly recommend this condo and have to my family & friends. It's perfect for families or even a romantic get-away without the kids. Looking forward to our return trip!

  The description of the rental was accurate except the property was not clean and well-maintaint. The stove was dirty, the refrigerator was dirty, the beds and the conforter are 17 years old, in fact 90% of the furniture and the shag carpet is 17 years old. The shower curtain..... Will not recommond this property.

  Listing description was accurate. Photos accurately reflected appearance. Property was clean and well-maintained. Owner was helpful in answering questions. Would recommend property to a friend and relative. We really enjoyed our stay! It is a nice, quiet spot on the golf course and close to the beach. We felt like we had plenty of room. It was very comfortable. We look forward to staying there again.

  We really loved staying here! The condo was very clean and very well decorated - it felt like home. We liked the fact that no pets were allowed as we have people in our family who are allergic. We loved the screened in porch as well. The condo is really close to the beach and has a nice pool. It's convenient to Calabash, Myrtle Beach and Ocean Isle. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone.
