I knew before I started what a great place Sunset Beach was... I learned that Sea Trail Resort offered the best amenities and Sunset was the coolest place in NC... PLUS every imaginable amenity or activity a person could want is just a short drive away...
The Unique Benefits at this Villa
Sunset is a perfect blend... the local community is very laid back and family oriented... but if you need a little spice in your life, Myrtle or Wilmington are short drives...
In or near Sea Trail there are an abundance of great places to eat, play golf or tennis, pools, kayak... If you enjoy nature and walking, go down to the beach and walk toward the breakers (right or east of the pier)... it will be one of the most enjoyable 5 mile walks you've ever taken...

Listing description was accurate. Photos accurately reflected appearance. Property was clean and well-maintained. Owner was helpful in answering questions. Would recommend property to a friend and relative. We really enjoyed our stay! It is a nice, quiet spot on the golf course and close to the beach. We felt like we had plenty of room. It was very comfortable. We look forward to staying there again.

We really loved staying here! The condo was very clean and very well decorated - it felt like home. We liked the fact that no pets were allowed as we have people in our family who are allergic. We loved the screened in porch as well. The condo is really close to the beach and has a nice pool. It's convenient to Calabash, Myrtle Beach and Ocean Isle. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone.

This condo is very nice, more than I expected. It was great from the second I walked into the door to the second I walked out after spending a week. With the new bridge on Sunset beach it only takes minutes to drive from the condo to the beach. Shopping, eating, and fun things to do all close by. Best pizza just five minutes down the road on hwy 179 at Joey O's pizza, and good seafood all around that area. Im not a golfer, but for those who are this condo sits right on the Maples course with great view. overall great place.

Stayed here with friends in late April. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. I-Pod docking station always in use with excellent sound. Especially liked the screened in porch for coffee and the paper in the morning. Best part was proximity to beach--5 minute drive. And what a beautiful beach! Definately plan on going back and would recommend this place to friends and family.

The location of this lovely condo is perfect for golf outings and visits to the loveliest beach on the East Coast. We were very pleased with the suite set up. Privacy for 2 couples..room for family if needed. Marty does a great job of meeting and greeting and giving suggestions on dining and sights. WE'll be back to Dave's condo in the hear future.

What a great way to Getaway from all the rush and craziness of the Holiday Season. Dinner and drinks at Fibber McGees and to catch a football game. There are few people at the beach this time of year, so Holiday shopping at the outlet centers is quite enjoyable.

I stayed at this condo several times in '09 and it is outstanding! Everything is high quality....newly remodeled, new furniture, flat screen, ipod docking, all for you to enjoy. Relaxing par 3 view off balcony, pool/hot tub/sauna/exercise at Sea Trails activity center, convenient to beach & restaurants. Luxurious compared to others! By far the BEST pick at Sunset Beach!!

This place is amazing!! Everything from the furnishings to the finishes to the view says "let me pamper you". Pool, hot tub, fitness at Sea Trails Activity Center..reserved parking at the beach. Everything you need made easy. Plus new furniture, new remodel, flat screen TV, iPod docking, all the extras!! I stayed at this condo several times in '09...it's by far the BEST PICK at Sunset Beach!!
